Muhammed and Abdullah on the front desk were great. Sukina in the kitchen and cleaning very lovely doing a great job smiling and efficient. . Everyone above friendly and helpful. Mohammed helped me with great kindness when a very sad thing happened back home. They always checked my needs were met and offered tours and local advice . The stay itself is very clean . Very comfortable bed. Birds come in and sing in the morning. There's a nice rooftop to chill on in evening. Breakfast is local and good. Food available in evening if you order in morning. A very nice stay for me. Oh there's also a small pool you can cool your feet in or actual get It is small and shallow but cool. I like that the birdsong woke me in morning. . Quiet street with kids playing in the day nice local feel and small shop very near and a pharmacy too. I walked everywhere and felt safe as a solo woman . Tiny side street location. Kids play nearby. It's very walkable to most attractions.

Side street location might be hard to find for some but once you've got it it's fine. Google maps worked for me perfectly all my trip with a Moroccan sim card.

We had an exceptional stay at this riad. Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the excellent service, the cleanliness, and the friendly atmosphere. A special thank you to Abdel Haqq and Mouhamad for their professionalism, kindness, and availability throughout our stay. They were always attentive to our needs and made our experience even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank the wonderful ladies on the team, whose hard work, smiles, and kindness truly made a difference. Their dedication is remarkable and deserves special recognition. Abdelhak and Mohammed were wonderful and welcoming hosts, always ready to help. The communication with them was smooth. The cleaning lady, Sokayna, was nice and helpful too, although she didn't speak English. Breakfast was really good and varied, it was different every day. The riad was clean and well located, just a 15/20 minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The small pool was a great way to cool off, and we also took advantage of the terrace to soak up some sun.

The beds could be more comfy. Also, we woke up a few nights, at around 5:00 AM, to a noise that looked like an alarm, with bird noises, which lasted for a while. I think it was from the neighbours. Furthermore, the rooms could be better insulated.

The location is brilliant, short walk to the souks and other main sights. All staff were great and really polite, always a greeting and a smile. The 2 gentlemen on the front desk were really kind and always made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was nice and varied, did become heavy on the bread but this is what traditional Moroccan breakfasts look like!

Tricky to navigate as it is down a small street, our taxi had to drop us off in an open area as he couldn’t get down the street. No hand soap was provided until we requested it. The pool would be lovely and more used if it was heated or if there was a rooftop pool. The rooftop area is really lovely on a sunny day but lacks a pool. There are sun beds and shelters nonetheless.
