Riad Ilyan & Spa

J’ai tout aimé dans se Riad, sa proximité avec le centre ville, sa propreté, le personnel, la déco, la piscine, le petit déjeuner etc. Et notamment Ahmed qui a été là pour nous depuis le jour où on a posé les pieds dans ce Riad, il a été super accueillant et bienveillant avec nous que maintenant c’est devenu un ami. Le personnel répondait à chacune de nos questions ou demandes spécifiques sans hésitation. Le service petit déjeuner c’était super variée (fruit, jus, gâteau, œufs, aussi des choses traditionnelles…). Si je reviens à Marrakesh je choisirai ce Riad sans aucun doute. MERCI BEAUCOUP POUR L’ACCUEIL

Des fois il y avait des coupures d’électricité mais ça revenait très vite même pas 2 minutes mais sinon mise à part ça tout était nickel.

Ubicación cerca de todo, Riad precioso y empleados educados y atentos, el último día nuestro avión salía tarde y nos dejaron esperar en la zona de recepción porque hacía mucha calor fuera y nos dieron un té de cortesía, muchísimas gracias 😊 El desayuno increíble

Habitación austera , pero para ir a dormir está bien.

A tetőterasz, a jakuzzi és a lenti medence nagyon hangulatos volt, illetve a munkatársak, főleg Ahmed!

The staff were exceptional, very warm, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. A special mention to Ahmed, Ayoub, and Mohammed who really made the experience better. The riad itself was also very clean and well maintained.

The room was very basic and lacked essential amenities such as a mirror, television, or kettle. It was also quite small, and the proximity of the toilet to the sleeping area meant odours carried into the room. The air conditioning was minimal and not very effective. Breakfast options were limited and repetitive. The location was not ideal, although it was about a 14 minute walk to the Medina. Noise was a major issue, with constant disturbance on the balconies, likely from staff moving around and talking loudly, which made it difficult to sleep.
