Beautiful building in a good location was only 5 min walk from taxi drop off point and 15 min walk to the main square
The staff were lovely and friendly
The breakfast was basic but tasty and really nice to eat in the open air
The pool area was so welcomed during the hot weather
The riad stays quite cool in the heat
No room cleaning, very strange to not have the bins emptied or bath mat changed at the very least
This could be communicated with guests if it is fully self-cleaning ?
No fridge in the room or even a communal fridge would have been welcomed

Abdu was such a wonderful host & provided 10/10 service. Beautiful building & everything you need! Spotlessly clean! Rooftop pool was a highlight. Location was conviennent but out of the loud/busy areas.
The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast - I loved that the bread and omelettes are freshly cooked however I think more variety would be good such as yogurt, nut butters & serving fresh mint tea would add to the authentic feel! We didn’t love the dinner we had on the first night as it was just a bit lacking flavour.

There was no continuous hot water in our room for all 3 days of our stay. It was freezing cold outside as we visited in December so hot water was a must.
