Location, decoration, ease of facilities. Extremely helpful staff.
We stayed for 5 nights and we would have liked a change of bedsheets to happen during that time. But other than this small detail everything was great.

The location is good, was right behind the medina but the riad is behind some alleys so still a little away from the hectic life. The staff member, Hamza was so kind and helpful. The balconies are lovely and has privacy to relax during your afternoons. Very pretty garden.
We had some technical issues with the booking and tried the reach the hotel manager Andre in person to sort this out. He was never in at the hotel, then we tried through calling, then through whatsapp and text messages. He never responded to us or replied. This was very rude and unprofessional. The other staff members were put in a awkward situation because of this.
The rooms do not have slippers.
The bathroom floor flooded one day.
