Everything ! The rooftop, rooms, breakfast and staff

- the staff were very friendly, they even organised a breakfast for us waiting outside our room when we had an early start the next morning. They also managed the transfer from the airport, and walked us from the taxi. The staff were brilliant. - very pretty rooftop area - very clean

- shower smelled, made the whole room smell. - we were on bottom floor, it was incredibly loud, it didn't feel private (thin curtains that didn't stretch all the way across, windows didn't block any noise in or out etc.). Had to keep windows open to combat smell, so it was less private. - location was OK, but not great. Quite a walk to get into town. - we had to pay in cash, even though we went through this site. We were told last minute and had to rush to an atm, it should have been something told to us straight away. Note to anyone booking - if it says that your booking was guaranteed with your card, but the amount didn't come out, then you will be expected to pay on site and *in cash*. - WiFi is poor. Signal strength often just cut out randomly - the power shut off multiple times during our stay for some reason (phones wouldn't charge, lights didn't turn on, WiFi down etc.)

Very helpful staff. Great advice for how to make the most of our time in Marrakesh, and helpful with checking out and organising transport to the airport.

Beautiful Riad. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Lovely roof terrace where breakfast was served.

Breakfast could have included more fresh fruit given the delicious strawberries and other fruits available in the markets.
