Apartment Grand Fernando Explanada Alicante

I loved everything about it, it’s spacious modern and clean. They also have all the essentials. I will definitely go back here with family.

The mattress is not comfortable and the lighting in some bedrooms, the doors make so much noise and would knock you when you move

This apartment exceeded every expectation. We arrived in the early afternoon and were handed the keys for a seamless check-in. The photos online simply do not do this apartment justice. It is top quality, modern, stylish, and offers a level of comfort far beyond what we expected. Our host, Miguel, was very helpful and welcoming from start to finish. The location is excellent with everything you could possibly need right on your doorstep. It’s just a few minutes walk to the esplanade, bars, restaurants, and local shops, while remaining perfectly close to the beach and the Old Town. We would definitely stay here again the next time we go to Alicante

Top Lage, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Nichts zu meckern. Auch der Host war immer erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert.

Location, close to city center

The apartment is old and very dark. You can’t see the ligh from outside, in special from the bedrooms. The towels were not clean, we wash them in the washing machine to be sure that there was clean. Miguel was very nice and polite and helpful with all the information that we needed.
