Great location , just by the St Croce church and Piazza. Walking distance to everything. Apartment has everything you may need.
We stayed for 5 days . I thought someone would come and clean , that did not happen . Electricity gone off couple of times , we figured out - if we switch on 2 cooking hobs at same time - fuse box dies. It is in bottom floor and you have to come down to mend.

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Florence à pied. Les matelas sont confortables. Les climatiseurs bien que très très bruyants ont été un vrai plus. Le service dépannage a été efficace quand nous avons été 1h sans électricité.
L'électricité est dangereuse ( prises qui sortent du mur et ponts entre les prises bricolés) et inadaptée ( les plombs sautent si on fait chauffer 1 plaque en même temps que la lessive et les climatiseurs). Globalement, le mobilier est vieillot, hétéroclite, de mauvaise qualité, tâché contrairement à ce qui est mis en avant sur les photos.
