Great location in the heart of Florence but the street itself was quiet (and the thick double windows helped). Beautifully designed and decorated with marble and gold. Roberta was kind and helpful with all communications.
A few minor things like: needed a bathroom trashcan, a clothes drying rack and a sharp knife.
