Byt se nachází v samotném centru města, jen pár kroků od piazza Santa Croce. Je velmi prostorný a vybavený vším, co člověk potřebuje. Postele byly pohodlné, balkón nádherný a veškeré zařízení fungovalo bez problémů. Interiér je navíc vkusně a příjemně zařízený, takže pobyt byl opravdu komfortní.
Byt se nachází v samotném centru města, takže je potřeba počítat s určitou mírou hluku z ulice. Nachází se ve 4. patře bez výtahu, což vyžaduje jistou fyzickou zdatnost, zejména s kufrem. Dispozice zahrnuje dvě ložnice, přičemž jde o mezonet — do jedné z ložnic se vstupuje po schodech. Nejde však o nevýhody, spíš o skutečnosti vyplývající z bydlení v historickém centru Florencie, které má svůj jedinečný charakter a kouzlo.

It’s a beautiful apartment, in a terrific location. Bright and comfortable. Well equipped.
What comes with the great location is a lot of street noise late into the night. Bring your earplugs.
Also, we didn’t mind, but just be aware there are a lot of stairs; no elevator.

The location, steps from Piazza Santa Croce, made it easy to spend time in this amazing basilica and to get around Firenze on foot. The Museo Bargello was close by in the other direction. A little farther is Mercato Sant' Ambrogio, a favorite of mine for fresh food. Nice antique area close by it. The beds were comfortable as was the apartment. For amazing sciacciata, go to Panetteria e Stuzzicheria De Neri on de Benci. Huge, incredible sandwiches for about €8 - €9. Totally shareable. Shorter lines than the viral one you see online which is up the same street.
Highly recommend it.
A second set of keys would have been helpful because we sometimes went out at different times, but their suggestion to put the keys in the lock box next to the door and use the phone number they provided to open the front door and the security gate on the entry floor worked fine. I really liked that they were so security conscious.

The location is perfect! The flat is a game! It has everything you need! Very clean, very managed and just nice. You have everything you need for your absolute comfort. Super kind and very helpful personal in charge: friendly and very kind!
I have to say everything the flat related is genius… nothing to complain!
