The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, she took care of all the needs we had, so that we could contact her with any question that we might have. We needed some extra bed sheets, for instance, and they were brought to the apartment very quickly. The location of the apartment is perfect, in a very quiet street but still in the center. The place had everything we needed, also a washing machine, which was very helpful in the hot weather.

We received full support and instructions for check-out when we handed over the keys at reception. It's very simple: just leave the keys on the room table and send a photo.
The front reception is closed on weekends, so please keep this in mind. They won't be able to help with late check-out or luggage storage on weekends.

Location was awesome!
We were not informed at the booking that we would have to walk up 70+ stairs to reach the apartment. I had to place my luggage in storage to avoid lifting it 70+stairs!!! That was an extra cost to me!!!
