A really good base to explore the Dutch islands

A very unusual property in a school. A really well-designed kitchen for use by guests. Bikes available for use by guests. A great welcome from the owner

A really minor point but we were in a downstairs room and could hear all the walking around from the room above.

Excellent value for money

Everything in the B&B was very modern. The kitchen was well-equipped (although there was no microwave) and has induction cooking. The place is nicely decorated, both the room and the common room. The bed is very comfortable and the shower spacious. Definitely recommend this place!

It was super clean and spacious. All facilities were there, including bikes to borrow.

Exceptional

The room was very comfortable. In addition, the kitchen had all you can need and it was very agreeable to have access to a shared cosy livingroom. Finally, the location is great: it looks like it's outside the centre, but Middelburg is small, in a few minutes you are at the door of the centre. And if you come by car, you don't have the inconvenience of having to pay for it.

Tolle Unterkunft & tolle Gastgeber

Süße, gut ausgestattete Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsräume. In der Küche lässt es sich wunderbar kochen und es gibt eine Kaffee- und Teebar, an der man sich jederzeit kostenlos bedienen kann. Tolle Lage in wenigen Minuten Entfernung zur Innenstadt und Supermärkten. Es werden sogar Fahrräder gestellt, die ebenfalls kostenfrei genutzt werden können. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und Marion & Wiebe sind sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber :) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Comfortabel verblijf op een rustige locatie, dicht bij het centrum van Middelburg

Comfortabele slaapkamer en lichte, ruime leefruimte.

We lieten de voordeur dichtvallen met de sleutel binnen. Kon gelukkig vlot worden opgelost.

Om niet meer terug te keren , aangezien géén privacy !

Alles zoals op de foto's , zeer net en ruim , uitgevoerd met mooie materialen .

De eigenaar die er naast woont , komt elke dag ongevraagd en onverwacht binnen : keuken en leefruimte controleren ...onder het mom van " kijken of er nog koffie genoeg was / een praatje maken " ...?? Toen ik hem op de derde dag de deur wees , reageerde hij : Het is hier van mij..!! en ging toch de keuken gaan bekijken... ...." Dag vreemde man "........ Na meer dan 40 jaar in Europa te hebben rondgereisd , bijna altijd in een appartement verbleven ...dit nog nooit meegemaakt...

Geweldig gastvrij verblijf!

Zeer fijn contact met de beheerders, zowel op afstand met het boeken als op locatie voor de collega's die er overnachtten. Zeer meedenkende mensen en erg coulant. Collega's waren ook erg tevreden over de kamers en faciliteiten. Mochten we weer in de buurt komen dan zullen we zeker weer gebruik maken van Logement de school!

Voor het ontbijt zorgden we zelf, maar toch was er jam, hagelslag, koffie en thee geregeld. In het apartement is alles om je welkom te voelen. Gratis gebruik van fietsen. Aardige verhuurder. TOP!

Diese Unterkunft ist etwas ganz besonderes! Alles stimmt hier: die Zimmer, Küche und das Bad sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist gemütlich und sehr sauber. Und Marion und Wiebe sind ganz herzliche Gastgeber! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Een aangename ontdekking !

Supermooi verbouwd (deel van een) ex-schoolgebouw. Bijzonder goed gelegen op minder dan een kilometer (stappen/rijden) van het historische stadscentrum van Middelburg. Mooie kamer met alles erop/eraan. Heerlijke bedden. Hartelijke ontvangst door eigenares Marion. Gezellige extra woonkamer mooie meerwaarde in vergelijking met een hotel. Complete keuken zorgt ervoor dat je 's morgens alles bij de hand hebt om een ontbijtje klaar te maken. We hebben een paar dagen écht kunnen genieten van het mooie Middelburg en zijn omgeving.

Het weer had ietsje beter gekund, maar iets zegt me dat de eigenaren van De School daar weinig of niks konden aan doen :).
