An enjoyable stay with a touch of authenticity which offers excellent value for money

Nice and quiet street with easy access to highway (few minutes drive), and with bike lane right near the house. Cozy interior, spotlessly clean place and parking space in front of the house for both car and bikes. The host was really nice and helpful! Would love to return!

Exceptional

We were amazed by the precise instructions the owners provided (regarding everything within the house), free Netflix, good WiFi, free parking place, comfy bed, nice towels, and plenty of small but so important details (we received also recommendations where to go for shopping, to the beach, the restaurants and backery which owners visit regularly, including mentioned distance and address of each place). We could use beach gear, iron, crockery, coffee maker, etc. The room was clean and cozy, and there was extra heating in the room and bathroom. And a small table & chairs to chill in the garden:)

Was ruime sfeervolle nette kamer erg netjes rook lekker. Mooie badkamer en toilet apart was erg fijn we hebben ook goed geslapen.

Niks viel ons tegen, ms hadden we fietsen kunnen huren om meer te zien. Of is het een idee dat er een aanbod van fietsen erbij huren mogelijk is.

Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor fietsers

Zowel vlakbij de Middelburgse stad als op fietsafstand van strand en Vlissingen. Hartelijk ontvangst en prima comfortabele kamer.

Stad en strand

De studio ligt aan de rand van Middelburg. Ongeveer 1,5 km van het centrum en is lopend prima te doen. Het strand van Dishoek is wat verder en met de fiets goed bereikbaar. In dezelfde ruimte als het bed staat een comfortabele stoel, een tafel met twee eetkamerstoelen en een kledingkast. Er is een koelkastje, magnetron, waterkoker en koffie apparaat, maar geen mogelijkheid om te koken. Wel zijn er borden, bestek en glazen. De badkamer is voorzien van ligbad en regendouche en er is een apart toilet. Er liggen voldoende handdoeken en toiletartikelen. Parkeren kan gratis bij het huis. Ook kunnen de fietsen in een bewaakte stalling worden gezet.

Geen gelegenheid om zelf te koken. Dat hadden we zelf te laat gezien. Er is wel een magnetron en er zijn genoeg mogelijkheden om uit te gaan eten of om eten af te halen. De studio is onderdeel van een woonhuis en soms wat gehorig. Oordopjes zijn aanwezig en met alle deuren dicht valt het erg mee.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter! Sehr gut war, dass wir einen kostenlosen(!!!)Parkplatz für unser Auto direkt am haus hatten. Gute Informationen durch den Vermieter für die Wege zur nahen Stadtmitte und dem leiser etwas entfernteren Strand. Wir buchen gerne wieder.
