I've stayed at many places in Middelburg, this apartment is in the top end. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect, very close to the city center! It's right next to a beautiful old church and the city park Molenwater. Within a few walking minutes you're at Dam with restaurants and a cool coffee store. The apartment itself is stylish and nicely decorated. Heating is with a pellet stove, which I really liked. The hosts were super responsive and friendly.

the host (Karin) explained everything really well upon arrival, but maybe some written instructions would be nice too to operate some of the equipment in the apartment, as reference later on. Just a very minor issue though!

Excellent, comfortable apartment

A very comfortable apartment, with a large living and dining room, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The main room has a sofa, chairs, table, a large TV, and a wood-burning stove, which was effective in very cold weather during my stay. The kitchen area includes an induction hob, microwave oven, fridge and lots of equipment, including complimentary tea, coffee, condiments, etc.. The owners live in the same building, and were very helpful. I had the optional breakfast one day, and this was excellent. There is free parking 7 minutes walk away at the Oude Veerseweg car park, and there is also paid on-street parking near the apartment, but with a maximum of 2 hours stay (apart from overnight and Sundays, when it's free too). It's very quiet, but just a few minutes' walk to all the sites and amenities of Central MIddelburg.

The location is absolutely perfect for venturing out in Middelburg and local area. Nice short walk. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts very friendly. The accommodation has been decorated very nicely. One comfortable and pleasant stay!

There was a slight musty smell but that is due to the poor air circulation in the bathroom. We left the bathroom door open all day which solved the problem.

Top logement, et locataire très sympathique

Deuxième fois dans cet appartement et tout est nickel. À 10´ à pieds du centre ville mais en longeant un agréable petit port de plaisance, donc très agréable. Possibilité de parking gratuit pour la voiture également à 10 à pieds. Proximité de restaurants, etc.. Endroit calme et pratique

Sehr schönes zentral gelegenes Appartement. Vollständig ausgestattet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl . Kontakt mit den Vermietern per WhatsApp total unkompliziert.

Es war alles toll. Es könnte vielleicht noch eine Ablagefläche für einen Koffer geben.

Gute Lage, fast in der Innenstadt. Alles in 7-15 min erreichbar. Saubere Unterkunft, alles was man braucht war vorhanden.

Geweldig verblijf!

Wat een mooi appartement, geheel op de begane grond. Badkamer met toilet, slaapkamer en een huiskamer met keuken. Alles is compleet ingericht. De koffiezetapparaat is niet elektrisch, dus koffie zetten gebeurt handmatig. Wij zijn verwende koffieliefhebbers en hebben elke dag koffie gedronken bij De Juf waar je heerlijk kan ontbijten of lunchen. De locatie is geweldig en op loopafstand naar het centrum. Naast het appartement staat de prachtige Oostkerk die als herkenningspunt makkelijk te vinden is vanuit het centrum. Karin, de eigenaresse, is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Van haar krijg je een persoonlijke uitleg hoe alles werkt. Voor de deur is betaald parkeren maar je spullen uitladen is geen probleem. Gratis parkeren is iets verder en ongeveer 7 minuten lopen naar het appartement. In de slaapkamer adviseren wij 2 planken te plaatsen waar je de opgevouwen kleding kan neerleggen. Al met al hier super genoten.

Klein maar fijn!

Locatie was leuk in de historische binnenstad. Op begane grond. Fijn voor een hond die geen trappen loopt. Fij dat er koffie en thee was en voorzieningen om zelf te koken. Hoewel we dat niet gedaan hebben. Smaakvol ingericht. Klein voor een grote hond, maar genoeg ruimte voor 2 volwassen mensen.

Wij hadden koud weer. Dan mis je de CV in de andere ruimtes buiten de woonkeuken. Palletkachel kan het prima warm krijgen, maar de badkamer en slaapkamer wel fris. We hebben geen extra verwarming gebruikt die er wel was. Beetje donker in de kamer.
