Did not stay, stairs too dangerous for dog

50% refund as we could not stay due to the facilities being unsuitable for people with a dog you could not carry

We did not stay as the stairs were impossible for the dog. Think steep Dutch stairs & multiply by 10. Just far too dangerous & you cannot carry a 32kg dog upstairs. They should make this clear. Shame as otherwise looked lovely, clean etc

Everything was great, beyond expectations. Great venue in the centre of town. Parking close by (we did not reserve a parking spot at the venue itself) Great room in style with the old building, very tasteful. Great breakfast too.

the staircase is steep, with the dog not easy but he managed. this could be communicated beforehand.

Unique atmospheric place with history

Nice location, beautiful view and really well-balanced breakfast. The hotel is modern with nice renovation but kept historic unique moments in interior. We had a late self-checkin and before that we got instructions with all the details - all is clear. The hotel has parking spaces + pets are welcome - all what we needed in one place!

The stairs to the first floor were very steep, narrow and unsafe. Our dog was very scared because of them. But it's an old building, that's to be expected.

A wonderful convenient place to stay. Charming and cozy. Nice staff and a great breakfast.

The location was very convenient, a quiet street just off of a main shopping area. The room although simple was charming, tidy, and cozy with a comfortable bed. Since it's a renovation of an old house, I'd love to see how the other rooms were done. ;) The staff was very nice. Finally, the breakfast was wonderful, fresh, varied and more than we needed.

The shower floor needs a better cleaning.
