The best deal in Rome. It's close to the Train Station, and Metros near by get you everywhere you want to be in a short minute. The kitchen is usable. It was clean

Nothing really. I guess the Bathroom could be upgraded for the likes of some, but it kind of adds to the character. The Bathroom was clean so i'm not complaining, just suggesting.

The host is very nice. We arrived earlier than check in time and the place was already available. The location is quite central, bus stop is just in front of the place.

It is not the most comfortable place to stay, but considering the price and value for money, it is a very good deal.

We found the Casa Particulart hotel on Booking.com and booked it a month in advance. Considering accommodation prices in Rome (which is notoriously expensive), the rate of €232 for three nights, plus a €30 tourism tax for three people during the UK October half-term, felt reasonable. The location worked well for us; we were able to walk to Roma Termini and easily use the buses or metro for all our sightseeing trips. Communication with the host was easy, and he greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. We had a private bathroom, which was spacious, though it was located just outside our room and lacked a holder for the shower head. The bedroom itself was quite compact for a family of three. With our suitcases open, there wasn't much room to move around. The room had AC, which was great. A few drawbacks: the blind was broken, making the room very bright in the morning, and there were quite a few mosquitoes if we kept the windows open. However, if the windows were shut constantly, the room could get a bit stuffy. We appreciated the shared kitchen facilities in the flat; they were very useful for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Basic cooking utensils and a kettle were provided. Daily housekeeping service was a bonus. Overall, for the price we paid, I think this was a good option for our stay.

Well placed close to Termini station

On the 3rd day of stay we had no water and on the 4th day there was no hot water. The no water on 3rd day was fixed relatively quickly when contacting owner who was very quick to respond and solve the issue who said it was possibly a planned turn off. But if this was planned it would have been good to know in advance.
