Great base for exploring lovely Pisa

Friendly and helpful host. Extremely well-equipped and spacious apartment - it had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, good blinds, mosquito nets on the windows. Great selection of breakfast foods and drinks, including good vegan options. Good location not far from train station. Easy to walk to restaurants and main sights.

If I could rate this home any higher, I wholeheartedly would. It is probably the best apartment we have stayed in all our travels. Excellent location, safe neighbourhood, well-appointed and laid out, excellent beds/furnishings, 4 Smart TVs, quality appliances, superfast internet ... the list goes on. But above all, Stefano is a host par excellence. He took extra effort to make our whole experience very pleasurable. He is a true gentleman ! The food options for breakfast that he has laid out are amazing, and one would be spoilt for choice ... catering to all types of dietary requirements and tastes ! We have learnt a lot about nuances of successful hosting, which we will incorporate in our approach to holiday rental hosting (we are already Airbnb Superhosts, but now know how we could do better).

Great stay in Pisa, would recommend!

Everything was great. The apartment had air conditioners in every room, which is very important during hot summer weather. The kitchen was impressively well stocked! Everything worked well. The beds were comfy. The area was rather quiet.

I'm giving the perfect rating, but if I'm being very-very picky: - You can easily get to Pisa city center by foot in ~15-20 minutes, but someone might prefer and accommodation closer to the center. - The apartment is close to the train station, which is convenient, but the path from the station to the apartment is a tiny bit dodgy, but it's like that around the station area in almost any city. - The air conditioner in the bedroom next to the kitchen on full power (16C aim temperature and max fan mode) didn't really manage to chill the room enough, my guess it was around 23-24C. I would like it lower, but this is minor compared to the heat there would have been without the air con. The one in the master bedroom was managing to make the room cold.

Great Place to stay. Location was perfect.

The location was excellent. So close to central Pisa bad attractions. Very close to airport and Pisa Central Train Station. very easy to visit other location in Italy via train (Florence and Cinque Terre). Stefano, the host, was great. He met us at arrival showed us around the apartment explained everything. He offered a variety of food and snacks so we could enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day. Place was clean and spacious for 6 of us. beds were ver comfortable.

I was amazed by the hospitality of the owner of the apartment.The apartments are chic and large with a balcony. Very clean and cozy. When the owner met me and showed me the apartment , I was shocked ...there was food at every step, I have not seen such an abundance of food provided anywhere, you can live in these apartments for months...the whole kitchen and living room was stocked with food, I'm sorry I forgot to take photos... The location of the apartment is ideal, just 10 minutes from the train station and 5-7 minutes from the center with shops, bars and restaurants. The area is quiet and peaceful.I recommend this apartment, I felt at home, as it was equipped with everything you need even in the bathroom: shampoos, body lotion and much more. I want to say a huge thank you for my unforgettable stay in Pisa.

Fantastic apartment

Best accommodation I have ever stayed in while travelling. The host Stefano was very helpful. Apartment few mins walk from train station. Fantastic location. Superb facilities and breakfast selection. In fact the apartment is full of every food and beverage you would need. All included in price. Apartment large, spotlessly clean and private. Also very secure. I will definitely be back.

Great place to stay!

It was much better than I expected. Steffano is very friendly and tries to make your life as easy as possible. He knows the city very well and has lots of insider tips that helped me get the most out of my trip. The breakfast is great with lots of options, even gluten free, vegan and low sugar. The place is close from the train station and easy to find. Super recommended place!

Excellent

This house has all the necessary and more. Kitchen was fully equipped, breakfast was very good and with many fresh local products to choose, even if your are vegetarian, lactose intolerant or celiac. Stefano (host) was always attentive to give us the best breakfast and tips for discover the best of Pisa. Room and toilet were perfectly clean and sanitised. Great location, just 20 min walking from the airport and 5 min from the train station. Thanks Stefano!. Totally recommended.

Super Excellent!

This is only guest house but trust me you will get 5 star hotel service in this place. The room is bigger then you expect when you arrive its has towel and sandals with toothbrush etc then You will have private external bathroom that so bigger with bathub and supper clean also has soap and shampo with hairdryer. In the morning you will have bulk of breakfast with juice tea or coffee a lot of choice. Finally Stefano the owner is so friendly, he recommended us many places for eat and visit, and even he offer to drive us to the airport. We recommend everybody to choose this place when visit Pisa.

Great Pisa stopover

Great host. Stefano is very service minded and generous. Will serve everything imaginable for breakfast and give great tips on Pisa through WhatsApp. Last day we could keep our keys and come back for luggage when it suited us. 18 min WALK from the airport! Then 5 min to the train station.

Great bed but a bit shorter than 200 cm.
