Cosy accommodation, great it needing somewhere close to the RDS arena

The room was clean and ideal for what we needed. Pictures are deceiving room was a lot smaller than what we had thought but can't complain really with the price for Dublin city.

Slightly small in space, parking is a little tight when there are 2 big jeeps to fit into the spaces. Other than that we have no complaints.

A convenient place which suited our needs very well.

Great location - walking distance to Stadium, lovely shops nearby and a bus stop right outside building. Off street parking provided as well. Apartment had everything one needed and breakfast supplies.

Accommodation was good

Accommodation was comfortable and clean and location was good for our requirements.

We had to climb up a number of stairs to get to our apartment which made it rather difficult for one of our group as they walk with a walking aid so lesson learn, we checked for future bookings. Parking was provided which was great but it is on the corner of a busy intersection so reversing out was tricky especially during peak times.

Perfect Dublin stay

The apartment was absolutely charming. Grocery store was a block away, and Trinity College was an easy 30 minute walk straight down the road. Access to the back garden was a bonus for unit 1. Washing machine very handy.

Watch out for the single step down as you enter! Nearly fell twice! 😂

Great place to stay

Quiet apartment even though it was on the main road. Made the best of the space and was perfect for a couple of nights. Provided some breakfast and milk in the fridge which we weren't expecting. Generally decorated well and in good upkeep. This was generally a really great apartment and much better than I expected from an inner city holiday place.

Although the majority of the flat was super clean it could be improved with just a bit more attention to a few places (eg windows and carpets, hallway, tiles on the bathroom walls)

Was a great Dublin base

We liked the character of the place. It was clean, tidy and quiet. Suited our needs perfectly and having the little extras in the kitchen was a nice touch. Would certainly recommend.

The induction top wouldn't work with the pans supplied. Not sure whether the induction top or the pans were the issue. We managed a work around with the oven and microwave. I forgot to mention this to the reception on checkout, sorry.

Convenient location and welcoming hosts

The location is good, and on Aircoach and good Corporation bus routes. There are neighbourhood shops nearby. The apartment was clean. It was easy to pick up the keys from the associated guest house. There was a good sized fridge with plenty of bottled water and a bottle of milk, washing up liquid, cornflakes, granola, tea bags and ground coffee and a cafetière were also supplied. There were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was clean, but needs updating. The shower was efficient but flimsy. There was only a small glass shelf to put toiletries on. Had to use the floor. As far as I could see there was no fan. The bath was slippy and there was no rubber mat. There was secondary glazing in the bedroom, but we could still hear the noise from Morehampton Road which is a main road to and from the city. The house is old and characterful but the windows need replacing. The hall and stairs need refurbishment.

Horribly mismanaged, cramped and unpleasant stay.

The location is good and some staff are good.

Where do we start? Our shower wasn’t working for 4 out of 6 days of our stay. We were provided a place to bath across the street. All of this was super inconvenient as we have to take our clothes and toiletries across a traffic light. Once we left our toiletries inside this bathroom and came back to them not being there, the receptionist rudely told us that we never left them there. Mind you this wasn’t the usual receptionist, someone who used to be there in evenings, the usual ones were polite. Apart from this the rooms are impossibly small and cramped, we could barely walk with 4 units of luggage as there is NO wardrobe space. The room also gets very hot as there is just a small fan to combat it. After all of the ordeal we went through we weren’t even offered a refund or anything just a bunch of sorrys.

Old creaky house but decently renovated and appointed. Basic breakfast essentials provided. Wifi good.

Apartment was cold. Heaters not turned on and no instructions given on such a requirement and how to do so. Checked to reception across the road in the morning but nobody checked. Only found out about it when challenged reception who blamed me for not knowing. Parking was messy, at angles, and being on a busy road with need to reverse out.

Great location. Lovely touches in the bathroom and especially the kitchen. Fresh milk, teabags, fresh coffee, cafetière plus cereal, butter and jam. Spotless throughout. Close to few great shops.

The apartment door was very loose with a very old fashioned Yale key. For peace of mind and security perhaps a look at the lock issue would be good. But couldn’t fault the apartment.

All good except the noise.

I liked the staff and the bed was comfy. The apartment was clean.

The only issue i had was the noise from the street. The noise of the constant traffic kept me awake all night. The windows of the apartment are old period single glazed windows and have 0 sound proof. When leaving the property i looked up and noticed that apartments on the lower floors all had internal doubl glazing systems behind the original period single glazing. So i guess i just got unlucky with being on the top floor that didnt have internal double glazing.
