This hotel has a budget hostel and hotel, which is good if you are on a budget. We rented two apartments on the top floor, which were nice and comfortable for our family and friends. I've stayed there before. It's a great location and the apartment has a full kitchen which is nice. The beds were kind of dated but they replaced those recently and now the beds are very comfortable. The staff were all fantastic, especially the staff at the front desk. And if you are staying in Dublin, you cannot beat the location. I will be staying there again.
The back rooms face the river and front of the building and can be a bit noisy (believe it or not, the seagulls are very active early in the day). The bar is great but the food in the restaurant is average at best (convenience is its greatest plus).

Spacious, clean, good facilities
Only 1 person could shower at a time and there was 5 of us, very time consuming!

Location was perfect. We were a bigger group and it fit our needs.
Not enough towels and needed wash cloths. No handicap accessibility. So if you need that, I would not recommend them.
