Very convenient to all things Temple Bar. Great location to get public transport. Very walkable area. Very large roomy apartment.
It was VERY LOUD from early evening to the wee hours of pub closing time. I didn’t get a fair warning in the reviews I saw about how loud it was. It is directly above The Wild Duck which is a very popular Pub. Google it and find videos of the inside of the pub on a busy night. Imagine the pub inside your bedroom. The floor between the pub and the apartment sounds paper thin. Just like being there! Loud music, happy laughing people. They closed the street in front one night and people enjoyed singing and fun. And one night sounded like karaoke out front. Lots of fun. But not conducive to getting a good night sleep at all. A warning label about the night noise would be helpful for people who don’t know the area and hope to sleep. The water heater was very loud when you use the hot water. The sea gulls were up all night screaming along with each other. Very nice place, just a warning about the happy loud pub just below the apartment would have been nice. We did sleep with ear plugs and noise canceling headphones. A warning would be nice. If you can’t sleep in a loud busy pub you might not be able to sleep here.

We stayed in these apartments during the New Year holidays. The location is excellent — close to all the main places worth visiting in Dublin. There is a very good bar right downstairs, which was very convenient for our group of five men.
The apartment is quite spacious and cozy. We didn’t notice any major drawbacks, but honestly, no one was really looking for them — everyone was just enjoying the stay and relaxing.
It was quite noisy at times, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep. However, I think this isn’t really a problem if you’re having an active holiday and not just staying in the apartment all the time.
There was also a noticeable draft from some of the windows, especially in one of the bedrooms. Additionally, there were no bathroom toiletries provided — only hand soap by the sink, no shampoo or shower gel.

Localização perfeita no bairro de Temple bar, nao sendo na rua principal tinha um pouco mais de privacidade. Excelente relação qualidade preço. Excelentes dimensões e muito confortável
Para alem de um pouco de barulho a noite o que é normal dada a localização, nada mais a apontar

A lakás a belvárosban van, minden nagyon közel. Szép és tágas. Jól
felszerelt.
Sajnos a fürdőszobában a zuhany használhatatlan volt. Egyrészt tiszta penész, másrészt a hideg víz nem folyt, tűzforró víz jött csak. A szállásadó sajnos nem reagált a problémára, nem is
oldotta meg. Kisbabával
voltunk, nem
tudtunk fürdeni, felháborító.
A lakás egy pub felett van, nagyon zajos este 11-12-ig.
