Nice place, nice price, front seat beds in the middle of a loud busy pub

Very convenient to all things Temple Bar. Great location to get public transport. Very walkable area. Very large roomy apartment.

It was VERY LOUD from early evening to the wee hours of pub closing time. I didn’t get a fair warning in the reviews I saw about how loud it was. It is directly above The Wild Duck which is a very popular Pub. Google it and find videos of the inside of the pub on a busy night. Imagine the pub inside your bedroom. The floor between the pub and the apartment sounds paper thin. Just like being there! Loud music, happy laughing people. They closed the street in front one night and people enjoyed singing and fun. And one night sounded like karaoke out front. Lots of fun. But not conducive to getting a good night sleep at all. A warning label about the night noise would be helpful for people who don’t know the area and hope to sleep. The water heater was very loud when you use the hot water. The sea gulls were up all night screaming along with each other. Very nice place, just a warning about the happy loud pub just below the apartment would have been nice. We did sleep with ear plugs and noise canceling headphones. A warning would be nice. If you can’t sleep in a loud busy pub you might not be able to sleep here.

Overall, everyone was satisfied with the stay, and we can definitely recommend these apartments.

We stayed in these apartments during the New Year holidays. The location is excellent — close to all the main places worth visiting in Dublin. There is a very good bar right downstairs, which was very convenient for our group of five men. The apartment is quite spacious and cozy. We didn’t notice any major drawbacks, but honestly, no one was really looking for them — everyone was just enjoying the stay and relaxing.

It was quite noisy at times, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep. However, I think this isn’t really a problem if you’re having an active holiday and not just staying in the apartment all the time. There was also a noticeable draft from some of the windows, especially in one of the bedrooms. Additionally, there were no bathroom toiletries provided — only hand soap by the sink, no shampoo or shower gel.

Nothing really to like apartment was dirty staff were disgusting rude

Everything from the cleanliness to the noise below till 2am being rung by the owner at 3-4 am saying he was getting complaints about a tele being on ! Asked all day for a partial refund after paying for teo extra nights as there was unfortunately nowhere else to Accommodate our party size still no refund even though suppose to be sending once disgusting will be complaing to booking .com Also do not stay here at all

Auf keinen Fall für 7 Personen geeignet, Sauberkeit mangelhaft

Lage ist super

Die Küche und das Geschirr waren bei unserer Ankunft dreckig. Die Jalousie im Bad ist stark verschommelt. Der rest der Wohnung war oberflächlich sauber allerdings waren in den Schränken Wachsreste und andere Verunreinigungen, sodass wir unsere Kleider lieber nicht eingeräumt haben. Wir sind spät nachts angekommen sodass uns der Zustand der Wohnung erst am nächsten Morgeb richtig aufgefallen ist. Wir wollteb unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abbrechen und haben dem Vermieter angeboten, dass wir driwkt abreisen, wenn er uns 2 der noch 3 ausstehenden übernachtungen erstattet. Darauf hat er sich leidee nicht eingelassen, stattdessen haben wir erst nach 2 Tagen eine erneute Reinigung der Wohnung bekommen, die auch nur halbherzig durchgeführt wurde zudem haben wir die Endreinigungskosten (75€) erstattet bekommen. Das steht allerdings in keinem Verhältnis zu den Mängeln die wir Vorgefunden haben! 3 der angeblichen 7 schlafplätze sind ein ganz normales sofa ohne schlaffunktion und eine Liege, die zum Schlafen absolut ungeeignet ist (wirklich jede Angelliege ist bequemer).

A lakás a belvárosban van, minden nagyon közel. Szép és tágas. Jól felszerelt.

Sajnos a fürdőszobában a zuhany használhatatlan volt. Egyrészt tiszta penész, másrészt a hideg víz nem folyt, tűzforró víz jött csak. A szállásadó sajnos nem reagált a problémára, nem is oldotta meg. Kisbabával voltunk, nem tudtunk fürdeni, felháborító. A lakás egy pub felett van, nagyon zajos este 11-12-ig.

Optimale Lage mitten in Temple bar zentral zu Fuss vieles erreichbar. Appartement ist Loft ähnlich eingerichtet

Lag direkt über einem Pub - war schon recht laut - aber mit Ohrstöpsel auch davon nichts mehr zu hören
