Excellent location, friendly staff and a lovely room.

The staff are very friendly and helpful which is so important when you're a long way from home. The hotel is very well located near St Stephens Green and within walking distance to the museum, library, art gallery and shops. The room has everything you need, a small kitchenette, milk in the fridge and a spacious bathroom.

Great location with an apartment with excellent facilities

The property is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to St Stephen’s Green, 10 minute walk to Grafton Street, and 20 minute walk to Temple Bar. The facilities were great in the apartment, it had everything you would need for a few days stay. The apartment was also very spacious and clean.

Stay away from this place

Located near the park and not too far from the city center

Very disturbing noice from cars driving over a manlock in the street just in front of the window (single glass), several times per minute, day and night. Difficult to sleep with such a noice. We asked for another room but nothing was available according to the staff. We checked out after the second (of four) nights. The staff wouldn’t let my partner access the apartment on the first day, although I informed them twice that she would arrive a few hours before me and I even put the reservation on her name. They referred to a payment link which we never received. My partner offered to pay for the first night, but that was not accepted. She had to wait until I arrived and paid for the whole stay. Staff is focused on their regulations, not on their guests. Lots of doors in the apartment. Nothing cosy.

Quality bed linen and comfy bed. My apartment was at the back of the property and was really quiet. Very convenient location for nearby cafes, Grafton Street and there an airport bus stop right outside.

Unfortunately the WiFi was down the next morning- probably due to the storm.

Perfect accommodation

An awesome place to stay. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples, with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. Facilities were great if you wanted to cook your own meals. The washing machine was a bonus. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Ideally situated in a quiet spot but not too far from the centre. The airport coach stops right at the doorstep!

Loved the staff and location

Location was great although it was on a very busy street with a bus stop in front. Property manager and staff were excellent and very helpful.

Busy street. Coffee station was great but not open until 7:30 or 8:00 am. Our washer and dryer combo was very very difficult to understand and even the staff were unsure.

Great location and friendly staff

It was a really central location on the edge of St Stephen’s Green and a short walk to historical sites. Staff were really friendly and efficient. The Bed was comfortable and the suite was a good size - all in all a great option when staying in Dublin.

It was a bit noisy - I don’t think the windows are double glazed. There are bus stops in front of the property and people waiting for buses all hours of the night. That really is my only negative comment about the property.

Room overlooked main road and was very noisy. Constant traffic driving over a loose drain cover. Get a room at the back if you can. Room very warm with no obvious way, other than opening the windows, of cooling it down Kitchen sink leaked, due to a split pipe - reported. Incident during the night on the second floor was heard throughout (we were on 3rd). Management aware and Garda involved
