PREMIER SUITES Dublin, Leeson Street

Location is perfect and apartment is well-designed great and the staff is lovely.

The hairdryer had a default and sucked my hair in the bottom, but when I told staff they got me another quickly

The place was small for 4 adults comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated being able to check in early so we could drop off our luggage before exploring the area. It was close to St-Stephen Green park. We enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby.

The washrooms could have been cleaner, as there was an unpleasant smell of urine.

A very well appointed apartment at a reasonable price in the heart of Dublin with parking facility.

The lift was being upgraded but this not affect us too much as we only had a small bag each to carry up a few flights of stairs. Did not hear any noise from the works in our apartment.

The reception staff are lovely. Really helpful and accommodating. Great location

This place is being refurbished. We were not made aware and this was confirmed by the receptionist. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known. The noise in the morning was horrendous. Sounded like they were drilling in our room. The manager was rude, and aggressive and given how she spoke to us, I dread to think how the staff are treated. My advice is you call first before booking here to make sure the renovations are finished. Really poor taking bookings without being upfront and honest. Im not against renovations, but I am against how the manager talked to us and that we weren't informed.
