We were upgraded to penthouse because problem with one of the doors in 2 bedroom apartment which we originally booked Beautiful space with fully fitted kitchen etc. Nick on reception couldn't have been more helpful, a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much for him
Shower in the bath not easy to step into.

The reception staff are lovely. Really helpful and accommodating. Great location
This place is being refurbished. We were not made aware and this was confirmed by the receptionist. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known. The noise in the morning was horrendous. Sounded like they were drilling in our room. The manager was rude, and aggressive and given how she spoke to us, I dread to think how the staff are treated. My advice is you call first before booking here to make sure the renovations are finished. Really poor taking bookings without being upfront and honest. Im not against renovations, but I am against how the manager talked to us and that we weren't informed.
