Area it was in, very handy lots places for food and shops etc
Property was clean and tidy for us arriving
Was really easy to collect keys, video send on how to get them very straight forward.
Overall a great stay!
Bathroom in the bedroom was bit disappointing as shower was out of use, About heating was little hard to heat up livingroom and front bedroom.

Only one set of keys, should be two for every property, if keys got lost late at night then you wouldn’t be able to get in.

Location is amazing so convenient!
The balcony is brilliant was nice for the evenings
All spaces were clean
Our original room booking was cancelled the morning we were due to stay but luckily enough this place was free and we weren’t stuck. It looked much better than our original room and for a cheaper price, will def be staying here again amazing for a last minute find! Thanks so much!
Only small thing was one of the bathroom doors didn’t lock but overall 10/10!

Good location but very noisy
No hot water all weekend boost button not working.one of the 2 toilets not flushing and remaining toilet intermittent. keysafe was broken spent an hour tracking down spare key. Issues reported no maintenance on a weekend so nothing resolved.
