The apartment shown in the website was not the apartment we got. it wasn't mentioned it was a third floor apartment with no elevator. I was traveling alone but a group I met with shared the apartment with me one was older. We had to walk several blocks away to get the keys which took far too long to even be given the info to do that. The carpet that was there was ratty and tattered. One of the doors wouldn't stay closed even when locked and it was very much in need of a refresh from first floor to the apartment itself

Would not recommend due to check in experience.

Location was right in the Temple bar area. Walking distance to a lot of important sight seeing locations. Close to convience stores and transportations. The bar across the apartment was also a lot of fun.

The keys were not ready at the time for checkout. Communicating with the host was very hard. I don't know if there was a language barrier or if there were just comprehension issues. I kept trying to tell them that the keys were not at the pick up location. She told me that the cleaner was still cleaning, so that I had to go to the apartment (down the street from the key pick up box). Told her that was fine, but I could not get into the apartment building to access the apartment to tell the cleaner that I was here. The host kept telling me that I was at the wrong building (she thought I was at the key pick up building), even though I sent her multiple pictures of where I was and that I could not access the actual apartment building to let the cleaner know I was there. She kept trying to tell me to watch the youtube video, which I did (and screen shotted so I could show her) and none of it told me how to access the building without a key. I would ask her do we wait outside for the cleaner or do we comeback at a certain time to grab the keys from the key pick up box. She was really no help and just kept repeating herself that I needed to watch the youtube video. After a certain point she straight up just stopped answering me. So we just had to wait outside the apartment until the cleaner was done. We waited outside just under an hour. With me going back and forth to the key pick up location which was a few blocks away, since she kept telling me I was at the wrong building. I was not, the apartment was just not ready and the host could not help me come up with a solution. It wasn't so much that the check in was late due to cleaning, it was more the lack of clarity in trying to clarify the whole situation and how we were going to check in since it was not ready in the time given. Also note that although the location is really convenient, you can hear everything outside. So multiple days of the live music from lunch time till 12-1am.

No hot water all weekend boost button not working.one of the 2 toilets not flushing and remaining toilet intermittent. keysafe was broken spent an hour tracking down spare key. Issues reported no maintenance on a weekend so nothing resolved.

An Absolutely Horrible Experience

The location. That’s about it.

There was no television; the WiFi was not operable; parts of the apartment were not adequately cleaned, including one of the toilets; one sink was backed up; there was quite soiled and disgusting bath and bed linen and towels scattered in a closet (this presented a potential health hazard which was ignored); one of the windows had a broken lever; the doorknob to the upper bedroom came apart and trapped one of us in the room before we were able to open the door; there was absolutely no soap or toiletries provided for basic hand washing; the closet was completely cluttered; there was an exposed electrical box which created potentially a dangerous situation; and the list goes on.

Facilities are excellent or a handoiut to explain how to use the washing machine would have been helpful

The communication between the owners and myself was quick but uneventful. Just a simple request for 2 towels rather than the one that was left, continued with promises not fuilfiled. We left with out the towels being provided. Filling in the sign up details prior to arriving was equally hopeless and was not sorted up before arrival. People need to be WARNED in the promo info there is no lift and that numerous steps are ahead of them before they cart their suit cases up. At 80 years of age, dragging suitcases for myself and my wife up 3 steep floors of steps was a major undertaking.

Perfect for a short or long term stay in the heart of temple bar.

I was really happy with my stay here! Bed was super comfy, it was clean, and there was some noise from outside but the actual building itself was very quiet. The location was perfect for me. I was travelling for work and it was perfect for what I needed it for!

Some of the coffee pods provided didn't work in the coffee machine, but this wasn't a major issue. I'd recommend the brick alley cafe for a coffee. There are stairs with no disability access- this wasn't an issue for me but just wanted to flag this for other people who may be considering booking!

The place is in the center of Dublin, Temple Bar.

The apartment was not really clean. One of the showers was broken. Some of the heaters didn’t work. We were a group of 5 people but when we checked in, it was only prepared for 4. I had to figure out how to pull out the couch myself and there were only 4 towels. There were unsealed windows in one bedroom and the kitchen.

Great location- you're next door to the bars/ pubs and sightseeing attractions are within walking distance. Apartment was a good size, comfy beds, nice balcony to look over. Host was helpful to sort out an issue with the deposit after the trip. Would definitely stay again.

Apartment was clean and comfortable close to bars and restaurants

We didnt get the key until 16.20 after many many phone calls which caused us major issues due to us scheduled to pick up match tickets. Very loud music up to 4am and cleaning on the streets started at 5.30am so dont expect much sleep.. it is perfect for a Hen or stag night as location good for all bars and restaurants but thats it.. no shower gel or shampoo supplied and no bottles of water supplied

Right in the heart of Templebar which is noisy but great fun. Excellent for night birds and for feeling the buzz. We enjoyed the roof terrace. The hosts were accessible via what's app and checked we were ok and resolved the bedding issue very quickly

The office couldn't find the keys - it's quite a walk from the office to the apartment. There was no tea towel or mat to stand on outside the shower. The photo of it's location on the website wasn't where the apartment was. The apartment was clean enough,mirrors had cracks in and dining chairs were marked. It could do with a deepclean.

The many broken items including the sofa bed, most of the window and door locks and the ceiling above the ensuite shower. The difficulty getting the keys and the delay in leaving as no one turned up to collect them and the great difficulties in contacting the service
