Nothing. I was on the top floor but the staff dealt with my luggage on arrival and departure.

Good to have onsite restaurant. The apartment was large and comfortable. Ample kitchen. Daily maid service. Easy walking distance to tourist sites. Quiet neighborhood.
Neighborhood was a little sketchy. No air conditioning or fan in the room ( but on the second day when I asked for a fan - they provided one. ). Screaming kids running around the hallways (unfortunate weekend - not necessarily the hotels fault). Apt not attached to hotel. Had to walk through a dark parking lot to get units door. Price was expensive.

I stayed in an apartment, it had a great kitchenette and comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, and the restaurant was fab with live music. The hotel was full of character being 300yrs old.
Room 615 was in the car park area, it had a generator nearby and a pile of rubbish in the car park too. The generator constantly made noise and every 30mins the room rattled resulting in limited sleep for 2 nights. I was offered ear plugs after complaining due to being fully booked.
