Large apartment with all the amenities needed. Access to grocery store and 25 min walk to city center. **BEWARE… the office address is 45 mins walking away from the apartment. This was not known until check-in because the precise location of the apartment is not known until check-in. We asked about the bus and were told the bus only takes exact change. I asked if passes were available the was given a quick “at Centre and Spar”. I didn’t understand so I asked again and was told the same thing. Spar is a convenience store and the heck if I know what Centre is. Providing details to visitors would have been easy, but very limited details were provided. I then had to watch a YouTube video on how to enter the property. I was told to enter into the small gate. This was incorrect. The “GARDEN”
apt is not accessed via the small gate like I was shown in the video and by office staff The property management’s key app went down upon our arrival so we were locked out and standing in a heavy downpour of hail. I called the office and told them I was not happy about the experience thus far and I needed it fixed. They then had me download an app to get another code for the electronic key. Thank goodness I had enough phone battery left. I used a lot to navigate us on the 45 min walk from the office. The app user name and password were not easy either. Finally we got into the apartment. I do not recommend this apartment because of the limited amount of detail they provide. Details matter, share property addresses much earlier and remind customers in advance that the office is not located near the apartment property.

Great location down the street from good restaurants and coffee shops!
A little smaller than the pictures made it look. Tv didn’t work but didn’t bother us too much.

Location and free parking through secure gates
Stairs up and down to the 2 bedrooms may be a problem for some people , and no bedroom doors . Some floor tiles were broken in the upstairs bathroom .

Location , The apartment itself is lovely , plenty of room for 5 adults and within walking distance into o Connell street with plenty of bus options
We took a taxi from Hueston Train station and it took us some time to actually find the apartment which is under a different name to city breaks , we were given the wrong gate code and after 4 phone calls we eventually got sorted ( the second call made the person on the other end spoke to me as if it was stupid which only managed to add to our frustration.
The occasion was a family reunion and the apartment was perfect for that as we could relax and chat and catch up .
However
The apartment itself was freezing and we constantly had to keep turning on the heating as it would switch off every 20 mins , there was a plug in rad in the downstairs bedroom which we also had on in the living room but had to use coats and scarves to keep warm.
There was 5 adults and it was disappointing to read that the heating would only be enough for 3 showers and in order for the other 2 to have showers we would have to turn the hot water on and wait a further 30/60 mins , had we planned to rise early and go out this would not have suited us and it was lucky we were planning on a later excursion, when people decided to have showers the water was cold
