It was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and very nice hot showers!
It is a very old building that is nicely maintained, but the windows are leaky making noise and cold seep easily into the main bedroom. There was a neighbor upstairs or next door who smoked and the smell seeped into the bedroom. It also was further from the city center than we anticipated, which made the long walk a little difficult with children. Would be fine for only adults staying.

No privacy when using the bathroom, just a shower curtain to divide from area.

This apartment was very nice, comfortable and very central. It is well laid out with ensuite bedrooms upstairs and in the basement. There are good restaurants and bars in the vicinity, as well as a supermarket. Convenient for walking into the city centre.
No instructions for the television, for which there were four remote controls. I could have sought assistance but I did not want the hassle of having someone over. A guest with more patience than me might have figured it out. Persons with mobility issues might have trouble with the stairs.

Location , The apartment itself is lovely , plenty of room for 5 adults and within walking distance into o Connell street with plenty of bus options
We took a taxi from Hueston Train station and it took us some time to actually find the apartment which is under a different name to city breaks , we were given the wrong gate code and after 4 phone calls we eventually got sorted ( the second call made the person on the other end spoke to me as if it was stupid which only managed to add to our frustration.
The occasion was a family reunion and the apartment was perfect for that as we could relax and chat and catch up .
However
The apartment itself was freezing and we constantly had to keep turning on the heating as it would switch off every 20 mins , there was a plug in rad in the downstairs bedroom which we also had on in the living room but had to use coats and scarves to keep warm.
There was 5 adults and it was disappointing to read that the heating would only be enough for 3 showers and in order for the other 2 to have showers we would have to turn the hot water on and wait a further 30/60 mins , had we planned to rise early and go out this would not have suited us and it was lucky we were planning on a later excursion, when people decided to have showers the water was cold
