Great location, good kitchen and comfortable bedrooms.

This apartment was very nice, comfortable and very central. It is well laid out with ensuite bedrooms upstairs and in the basement. There are good restaurants and bars in the vicinity, as well as a supermarket. Convenient for walking into the city centre.

No instructions for the television, for which there were four remote controls. I could have sought assistance but I did not want the hassle of having someone over. A guest with more patience than me might have figured it out. Persons with mobility issues might have trouble with the stairs.

Weekend stay in Dublin

The self contained apartment had everything needed for our weekend. Was cosy and warm. Bedding was fantastically cosy, mattress a bit soft for my preference but comfortable. tea/coffee supplied was a nice touch 👌

It wasn't very well signposted for the apartment in the garden, we arrived late at night and it took us a while to find our door, once throught the coded gate there was another gate on the right to the garden for our apt.

Disappointing — I would look for other accommodations.

Apartment was spacious and felt like it was in a safe area. On the surface everything looked very charming.

Our main issue stemmed from parking, which was advertised as included and available. We were not informed that parking was not available due to ongoing local construction until the day of check-in. This gave us no time to make other accommodations and no compensation from City Break Apartments. At their suggestion, we ended up paying €50 per day to park in a deck that was a 25min. walk from the property. Certainly not ideal for a family traveling with a toddler and an infant. All we got from City Break Apartments was a “sorry for the inconvenience.” City Break Apartments also did not send us the credentials for the digital key until we reminded them that we were still waiting for it, past the stated check-in time. Another symptom of their inattentiveness and poor service. The digital key was inconvenient, requiring us to download 2 different apps and charge a €1 fee to my credit card just for the pleasure. The apartment itself had very little hot water, especially for an apartment advertised for larger groups and families. Many of the cabinets and fixtures were old and falling apart. The space was not particularly clean; lots of dirt, dust, and spiders/webs in the corners.

Pokey not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Booked ground floor as taking 86 yr old with mobility issues. Didn't state anywhere that you had to climb stairs to bedroom or bathroom. Doesn't tell you which apartment you're getting and if it did, i wouldn't have booked it.. I wouldn't open windows as ivy all over the building and they were very hard to try and open anyway. TV not user friendly, took ages to try and figure it out. We were in the Lodge apartment. Dining chairs ripped and drawn all over. Cobwebs in various places. Felt quite claustrophobic. Very disappointed

Good location, not far from city centre

Apartment wasn’t very clean. Very cold, and just one of the radiators was working but still was chilly at night. Lack of basic equipment, just one pot and no sponge or washing liquid to wash it and use it again. Bathroom inside the room was terrible, zero privacy.

Quirky 2 night stay in the Orangery

The location was great, nice and private in a lovely building, the Orangery was separate from all other apartments with plenty of privacy. Felt very secure (gated entry) amd only 25 minutes walk to city centre. Facilities were very good. Even a nice fan to help cool us down.. Washing machine was very handy.

The bed was not the most comfortable, the shower and toilet were only separated by a curtain, so no privacy on the loo ! There was no way to block out the sun from the skylights so awake at Dawn (it was mid summer so very early) . The toilet in the shower area wasn't a great idea .

The specifications property was nice and romantic location wise, but did not occur at the pictures that the bathroom was only a bath-curtain separated corner… And the check-in was a bit stressing: it was not free/ready for 16 as was told in the terms originally. We were able to check in after 17h

Excellent Location Actual apartment is spacious and in good condition

-You have to collect the keys from a different location which was extremely inconveniencing. -They gave us the wrong written instructions for finding the apartment on the property, so only when we looked at the keys did we realise we were going to the wrong place. -The rules are ridiculous around them threatening to charge €200 if you keep noise between unsociable hours and saying all dishes need to be washed and Garbage taken out, made it feel like we were begging to stay there instead of actually paying the premium price they charge. We were travelling as a family so we definitely weren't planning to be keeping any noise but it just made me feel on edge knowing they could take the security deposit on a whim. -There were mushrooms growing in the bathroom, I appreciate it gets damp but for somewhere that was so pricey and should have cleaners coming in, that is ridiculous. I had a toddler with me so that made me wonder really how clean the place was. All in all for the price and lack of customer service/ ease I wouldn't stay here again unless I didn't have another option.

Stay at the Stables

Excellent compact apartment. Great location for access to the RDS

Poor start where we were directed on a map to an orangery in the garden which was occupied. We then found a name on the key for the Stables, which was our actual accommodation. Once we got that sorted we had a very enjoyable stay

Broken place

The picture are really false advertising. It’s small, the beds are hard. The amenity is old and ikea all over over. The water system only caters for 2 showers. The electricity and water are charged to your room (I’ve never seen this ). There are very few sockets. It was quite dirty, especially in the bathrooms. The service is done once a week but very little service is actually made and the place remained unclean. There are so many other points that were very average. Do not book. Very disappointing.

Apartment was very clean with everything that you need there. Bigger than what I expected. Great location.

Hard to find apartment even with map, exact location not on Google maps. Have to collect keys at a different location. Need a credit card with €200 in it or they won't give you the keys, wasn't made aware of this and near had to travel another 3 hours home with 3 kids. Apartment isn't the same as the pictures, if you scroll to the bottom the last couple of pics is what it looks like.

Breakfast wasn’t provided. The coffee basket was nice and the coffee tasted good. The beds were a bit hard but I did get decent sleep. The lighting in the dining area could have been a bit brighter.

Worst overnight experience ever, and made worse by being stolen from. 500e for a 2 night stay where we couldn’t sleep on

DO NOT STAY HERE! We were visible in bed from outside due to a total lack of curtains and privacy. WE WERE PROMISED A REFUND OF 272.97 and we are STILL WAITING FOR IT WEEKS LATER! We could not sleep due to lack of privacy and were promised a refund of our 2nd night which the property has not issued a month later!

EVERYTHING! No curtains / privacy - visible in bed from outside promised a refund - still waiting keys had to be collected from the other side of Dublin City DO NOT STAY HERE!

The location is good.

the apartment had very bad smell from the bathroom,the whole room was full of that nad smell,disgusting! I closed the door of the bathroom and asked for changing room,the.answer.was no avialable room,only thing the staff could do was to check what happend and then when I went back that apartment, I found the door of the bathroom was opened again and the apartment was full of bad smell again.I asked the apartment for compensation, no any reply any more. Terrible experience.

We had a lovely stay at a very clean property.

The people at the reception desk were very polite and very attentive! They even recommended us a few locations and nice spots in town.

The reception desk to get the keys is far away from the actual place (45' walk) which is very counterproductive. It would have been easier to be welcomed at the property upon check in.

Location was the best. 1 minute away from all the shops, coffee shops and Tesco.

We had to go and collect the keys from the main office. This wasn't very easy as we had to take a taxi to the office and then take another taxi to reach the apartment. The apartment wasn't clean when we arrived and we just left the luggage and went back again later. They had cleaned it however we did not find it very clean. We were 1 couple and 2 friends. The apartment had 1 bedroom and a living room. In the living room there was a single bed and a sofa (not a sofa bed) and in the bedroom there was a double bed and a single bed. As the couple wanted some privacy, one of us had to sleep in the sofa which wasn't very pleasant. We couldn't understand why they had to place the single bed in the bedroom.

Not too bad for small family

The location and it is specious.

1-The location was difficult to find (no sign or name). Then, I called to ask about the location and they told me to come to the main office to get the apartment keys. It took me about 1 hour to get the keys and back to the apartment location. 2-Wasn't clean enough. 3-No privacy between the bedroom and the dining room 4-The parking was not available and crowded. Small space and a lot of cars.

El tipo de edificación me gustó, estaba en una finca ajardinada junto a otros apartamentos; también estaban cerca de varios autobuses que llevaban al centro.

La calefacción no funcionaba correctamente, los radiadores no estaban purgados y calentaban a la mitad de su capacidad. Las ventanas cerraban mal y entraba mucho aire y ruido de la calle y como los radiadores calentaban regular, a veces hacía frío en alguna habitación. Un día salió agua del radiador y tuvimos que secarla y avisar al anfitrión. Echamos de menos un cepillo y un recogedor para barrer.

La posizione eccezionale. E anche il luogo: praticamente un giardino segreto nel cuore di Dublino. Il verde intorno garantisce silenzio. La posizione è strategica: a due passi da Stephen's Green e fermata dei mezzi pubblici vicinissima. Inoltre il personale molto disponibile e gentile.

Eravamo in 6 ed avevamo una padella piccola, e un'altra non adatta all'induzione. La TV non era collegata.
