The location (close to the Aviva stadium). The coffee. The room size. The reception team.

Provided shampoo/shower gel but no hair conditioner. Poor form for a premier experience. The fire alarm went off at midnight and woke us up and then again the following afternoon. No apology given for the disturbance.

Great accommodation

The room was very clean. Lovely shower. The bed, pillows and linen were super comfortable. Coffee machine in the lobby was really nice. We went to the Aviva stadium and it was only a 15 minute walk away. Also, at that end of Dublin for a wedding. The staff were so helpful. Everything was great. Bus stop outside on both sides of the road. Pubs, cafes and restaurants all nearby too .

No parking, I had a booking for 21 to 23 November but cancelled because of your crazy parking removal and poor info re alternatives. Also in a wheelchair room green lights on ceiling all night, very bright and very annoying.

Totally brilliant

After a week on a canal boat we finally had a shower we could move around in and a decent size bed...and space! Great transport options closeby and a bonus of a direct bus to the airport. Help yourself tea and coffee and a room to eat ones meals if required. All staff were incredibly friendly, the room was quiet and it had a fridge which we didn't expect, plus there was one in reception that we could have used. Big towels AND facewashers!!!

The stay was generally okay, but it was hard to get a good night’s sleep. During the night, there were several loud noises coming from either the heating system or the walls, which kept waking us up. Additionally, there were two bright green lights on the ceiling that stayed on all night, making it difficult to rest properly.

There are 2 green lights on the ceiling which don't turn off at night for safety reason in case of fire to show the exit but you have to sleep with green lights on. :(

It was a good overnight stay in general and gym was grand for a quick workout.

I have added a welcome hamper as extra for the room. The selection was disappointing and no plates or cutlery was provided. Would definitely avoid this low level experience.

Hi there, I would like to request a full refund for booking with the confirmation number : 7736422632840098380. I was booked a room with the facilities of kitchen, microwave provided and etc. as showed on the booking app. When I was checked-in there, it was not the room that I booked. The reason of hotel’s reception told me that the room that I booked doesn’t had neither kitchen or microwave provided. And told me it was a mistake that made by booking.com. They have nothing to deal with it and they said the list of facilities was created by booking.com. I have bought some stuff to cook for my dinner and my friend after a long day work. The reception was keep telling wasn’t their fault instead was booking.com with provided wrong information. I was not taken the room with Premier Suites hotel instead I booked another hotel on the same day. All the food that I bought was wasted and I have to buy new dinner. I wasn’t happy with their services because they are unable to solve the problem instead it was booking.com fault. Your prompt response to this matter is much appreciated. Thanks Regards Kar Yee

Our stay was incredible, and it made our visit to Ireland unforgettable.

The location was superb.... Enjoyed the friendly hosts. They were helpful and accommodating. The coffee bar was exceptional. The pillows provided a wonderful night's sleep.

There was a strobing potlight in the living room, which was somewhat annoying. We just kept the light off to avoid the annoyance. We needed more towels, which they were happy to provide an additional set.

Nice room with small kitchen very well equiped. Very spacey. Room and bathroom were clean and well prepared for our stay. Wifi was free and connection was without problems. Great locality if you are visiting Aviva stadium. Walking distance -15 mins.

What would be much appreciated from visitors from abroad- like us- is reduction for electric sockets. Not everybody is thinking about that up front.

The location was perfect, the room was comfortable and clean

I didn’t like the noise of the AC unit especially because I don’t think it worked properly we would wake up very hot in the morning and the noise woke up our baby a few times which wasn’t ideal. Also the receptionists weren’t friendly and only said good morning or hello after we did. We met the hotel manager (blonde woman) she was very friendly and her customer service was great.

i thought it was going to be more central to city. The stay was quite expensive and the bed wasn’t made and tea, coffee, biscuits, towels replenished daily.
