Before arrival at the property i had e-mailed about parking, as there was no parking currently available on the web page. The response was quick detailing nearby parking places. However when we arrived at the property, the receptionist told me that one of the other guests who had booked a parking space, no longer required the space. 12 euros later and my car was parked safe and secure in the rear parking area. Very cheap parking for the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a fantastic walk in shower. It's a 10 minute walk to the Aviva stadium and a few bars on the way should you wish to partake in any beverages.
everything was very good. Nothing negative to report.

The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful with advice on getting around and local bars and restaurants. Room was clean and the bed comfy. A coffee machine was available in Reception with a small selection of fruit bread and biscuits.
A facility for breakfast would have been nice.

Bed comfortable
No parking, I had a booking for 21 to 23 November but cancelled because of your crazy parking removal and poor info re alternatives. Also in a wheelchair room green lights on ceiling all night, very bright and very annoying.
