Fashionable Chic Townhouse in D4

I liked the size of the house, it fit our group perfectly, I liked being able to sit in the garden in the morning with my breakfast. The shower in the suite was amazing. The host was so helpful, even though I recommend he writes these things down because we couldn’t remember everything he said, which was a lot😅. He gave us a lot of tips on places to eat and drink in the neighbourhoid. He was so nice giving us free coffee, water bottles and sodas. We actually had everything we needed. It was 5 minutes walk from Aviva stadium and we had tickets to Metallica concert at that time so the location was excellent for that. I recommend this place and I would definetely come back.

I was a bit disappointed with the pillow and duvet. Because they are filled with down, they feel very soft at first, but when you actually lie down on the pillow, you sink right through it and it feels as if you’re lying on a hard surface underneath. The same applies to the duvet. It was much heavier and warmer than I expected, and we found ourselves feeling too hot during the night. Although down pillows and duvets are often considered premium bedding, I personally prefer a soft cotton pillow and a lightweight cotton duvet. They may be the cheapest options available, but I find them much more comfortable for sleeping. Of course, this is just my personal opinion, and I’m sure many people love this type of pillow and duvet. Unfortunately, they just weren’t the right fit for us. That said, this was the only issue I had. Everything else was absolutely wonderful.

Location is good (close to the Aviva stadium if this is important for match days) and only a 30 minute stroll into Trinity College / Temple Bar. Bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms were great (nice showers) and plenty of room downstairs too. We were met by John who showed us how everything worked and provided us with plenty of information. As we had a baby granddaughter with us, John / Geraldine had provided a cot (2 in fact!) for our stay which was really hepful

Location is amazing, with lots of shops and pubs around the corner, and a pleasant 20 min walk into town. The DART also close by. We loved how spacious and comfortable the house was. The showers were fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our family Thanksgiving dinner. Our hosts were extremely kind and friendly and treated us so well, thank you!
