Very loud people walking on streets below, had we known we would have used our ear plugs. It's like they were in the flat yelling all night....but ear plugs would have fixed it!

Good location; mold was unbearable

Excellent location; very convenient; in walking distance to Temple Bar Nice view of river across road

Mold in kitchen and bathroom Rips in the couch, cigarette hole in bed cover; one couch was broken We could not use the kitchen bc the mold and smell was so bad Beds were small but I know this is typical for European travel Unless you are familiar with it, there is a switch outside bathroom for hot water Parking was very over-priced

Was close to the centre of Dublin. Host made an effort to address our issues with the unit ASAP

Upon arrival we found the entire unit to be dirty, bathroom shower and floor dirty with hair and dirt. Floors throughout were not vacuumed. Kitchen sink and benches were dirty. Towels folded on the end of our beds were still wet from being cleaned (at least they were clean). To the hosts credit he sent the cleaner back to do a better job. The location is noisy at night time as it's fronting a rear alley. People openly using drugs in the alley and making noise 24 hours a day

Comfortable but not without some issues.

Location and overall arrangement.

The original apartment was not available due to water damage so we weren’t staying in the apartment we chose. One of the windows in the living room was broken and wouldn’t open. One window in the moving room was missing a blind so you couldn’t sleep late on the sleeper sofa. The kitchen has a coffee machine but the coffee cartridges are not available at grocery stores.

What a dissapointment.

The location of the apartment was great.

The booking.com page of this apartment advertised that a private parking is available. I mentioned that we are arriving by car right after making the reservation. We arrived couple of days later and realized there was no obvious place to park and the keys did not open the nearby garage door. Then we called to the accommodation provider and we were told that no parking is not available. Why didn't they communicate that before clearly? If they did, we could have prepared for the situation. Its not fun to look for parking in the center of Dublin when you are tired and hungry. In the end the only space available was several blocks away and it did cost us 49€ / day. The fact that there was no parking available is regretful, something I did not expect, but not telling that when I quite oviously communicated that I need one, was unforgivable. With good communication the disappointment would have much easier to bear.

Lovely stay, great location, clean and tidy.few bits to rectify and it would be perfect

The property was spacious and clean, it was in a great location to get around. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. No problems with hot water or heating!

Needs a tv in the lounge! Also extra towels and pillows. The kettle was abit hit and miss too. And we didn’t have much of a view but other than that it was absolutely fine.

Really stunning apartment stay

The location, view and the actual apartment is excellent. The host was friendly and overall we were very happy.

The apartment was not ready on time as we waited more than 2 hours to gain access and even after that long to clean it, there was a packet left behind with trash in the living room. The water in the shower was also not hot. It's no biggie but something to maybe just pay attention to in future.

Unfortunately, the apartment is dirty. It was lacking basic items (e.g. cutlery). The bedding was dirty and stained and there is a lot of mould in the apartment.

A nice view and a cold shower, when you eventually get inside.

The location was nice, and it was clean other than a pair of strange socks on a light in the kitchen. It does have a nice view.

The communication from the host was some of the worst I've experienced. I've traveled to 21 countries, and had some pretty atrocious accommodations but at least they communicated with me. When I did get a response to any questions I asked they would be curt and not actually answer what I was asking. I hadn't heard from the host a few days before we were supposed to arrive, so I asked about the actual location of our stay and was told I would receive that info on our check in day, no problem lots of places do that. I got a request from Booking.com to put in our arrival time (I thought at the request of the host?) so I put in 12/13:30, our flight came in at 10:45 and the listing on booking said that check in was at 12:00 (it does look like it's been updated to 3:30 now at least). This was the fastest response ever got from this host, they replied and told me the last guest checks out at 11 and it takes 3 hours to clean. So 2 o'clock check in? I say no problem we can check in at 2. No response. 2:00 rolls around, no messages. At 3:00 I message asking for an estimate on check in time as it is now an hour after the place is supposed to be ready. No response. I still have no address, no check in instructions, and have not heard from the host at all on the day we are supposed to be checking in. Fortunately, I had had a bad feeling and got us somewhere to store our luggage so we didn't have to drag it around Dublin all afternoon. Having traveled pretty extensively, I've definitely had accommodations fall through or end up being in an entirely different part of the city than they said they were. So with the anxiety of our accomodations going awry in the back of my mind, not knowing if I needed to find last minute accommodations. I proceeded to guide my entire family of 8 people (thankfully half of us were staying elsewhere) around Dublin on many of their very first time on an international trip.

Great location, listing needs more details.

Apartments location was very central, and nice spec. Apartment has everything needed on a holiday stay and was very clean.

It did not state anywhere on the listing that the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs and there is no lift. My cousin had a knee replacement a few months ago, and found this to be a huge challenge. Also responses to messages weren’t great. The check in time on the listing isn’t accurate, says check in from 12, which isn’t the case. We requested an early check in, it was accepted but no honoured when we arrived. We requested a late check out and received no response until half an hour before check out. There also wasn’t enough hot water for 6 showers.

A great view and location but we experienced parking issues that were very inconvenient.

This property is in a great location and it has amazing views. It was really lovely to sit at the kitchen bench and look out at the river.

The property was advertised as having parking available but then on the day we were told that the parking would be 22 euros per day. I complained and the parking was given to us for free but we were told we could not have it until 7pm (when we checked in at 4pm). This meant that much of our first evening was spent relocating a car in peak-hour traffic. I was very disappointed considering how much we paid for the property.

Perfect location to enjoy the wonderful Temple Bar area and beyond.

Location was perfect. A stones throw from Temple bar. View from kitchen area was very good. Tea and coffee provided.

Shower is on an emersion and the tank not very big. Our party struggled to all have a warm shower. No bottle opener. No sugar. Curtains need some attention as does the floor area in front of the kitchen area (clean)
