Aircon didn’t work in one of the rooms.it was nosey from the nightclub next door but for where it’s located we didn’t mind

Great location in walking distance to attractions and great spots to eat.

Water was cold and we could not get it to warm up and the clocks time was behind.

Two bedrooms and good size living and dining room, which gave enough space for our group of 6 wanting to stay within walking distance of Dublin’s central sites. Office was able to accommodate early bag drop off, even though it was very tight and they didn’t have a lot of room for the luggage in their tiny reception room.

Loud music overheard (I think from the restaurant below) until 11pm, and then people seemingly working, yelling, and hammering out on the street till nearly 2am. Be mindful there is a narrow, decently long staircase up to the first level of rooms, with no lift. So only book if someone in your party can carry the luggage up and down. The toilet in one of the bathrooms would shift, felt like no longer bolted to the floor. No hand soap in one of the bathrooms. Unplugged TV was on a table where the power cord wouldn’t even reach an outlet? Several missed details like this that add up to feeling like paying over 320€ for one night is too high.
