There is a 32" smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. A DVD player and a Nintendo Wii with 2 controllers and Mario Kart is available on request and subject to availability.
We have a range of books to read. We have car parking available situated in our enclosed car parking at a cost of 15 e per day, booking essential and subject to availability.

We had a wonderful 7‑day stay at this Dublin property with our family of four (2 Adults and 2 teens). The location was truly excellent—central and convenient enough that we were able to walk to nearly everything we had planned, which made our visit especially enjoyable. While the kitchen is compact, it’s very well designed and perfectly usable for family needs. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire home was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Communication with the owner was easy and reliable, with clear instructions and quick, helpful responses throughout. We would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well‑located place to stay in Dublin.

This was our second time staying here while visiting our daughter who lives just outside of Dublin. This property is very well located for exploring Dublin and it is safe and relatively quite for being in the city. This time we were here with my brother and sister, who came for our daughter's wedding. Everyone was able to walk to different activities like the Guinness storehouse or the Dublin Castle. This rental has only 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms, but the price and location are worth the tradeoff.

Fabulous property in the heart of Dublin. Walking distance to the Guinness Storehouse, pubs, and historic Dublin. Property very spacious and well maintained. The host was very helpful. We would highly recommend the property to families and travelers looking to explore Dublin.

The house was perfect as a home base for our week long stay in Dublin with our two daughters. Doug was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The location is a quick walk to Guinness Storehouse, Jameson Distillery and two other smaller distilleries. We walked everywhere with no issues and felt quite safe at any time of the day. A smaller grocery (Tesco) is just around the corner, and a slightly larger grocery (Dunnes) is located in town about 1 Mile from the flat. As the stay here was the second week of our two week vacation, being able to do laundry was important. There is a washing machine but no clothes dryer. We were able to hang our clothes outside to dry one day, and use the third floor room to hand the clothes to dry another day. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this to anyone looking to stay a couple of days in Dublin.
