Fabulous comfortable welcoming hotel .

This is a fantastic hotel we always stay here when visiting my mother in law . Staff are always friendly and welcoming . Rooms very clean and comfortable with great showers . Brilliant breakfast and recommend lunch and dinner in the restaurant excellent value and very tasty .

We had all we needed for our stay, and enjoyed a meal in the restaurant.

The breakfast menu was good and suited everyone. We were visiting Moy to attend a funeral so didn't do any sight seeing.

My husband found the bed a little uncomfortable. I was fine with it.

Breakfast one of the best I have ever had. Can easily match any 4 star Hotel. Location was handy for visiting local National Trust properties.

Good staff, reasonably priced food and drink, central location though May is not very big and very nice decor throughout the hotel.

All the door hinges could do with a squirt of oil and could not find a phone in the room as stated in the information book but neither of these very minor points would detract from our 5/5 stay.

Clean spacious and had everything I needed. We arrived just before 8pm and the staff managed to get us a table for dinner as they stop serving at this time. Breakfast was one of the best I have had.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly

The hotel and general area is very noisy with people socialising/drinking/singing etc. Which meant it was very difficult to sleep. The hotel should make people aware of this or provide ear plugs. Not the type of place to go to if you want a good nights sleep.

Nice room, but awful if planning on sleeping.

I had to be up at 5am and there was a very loud function on right below the room and then a nightclub 30 metres away. The worst bit was the smell of smoke that permeated the room, even though all the windows and door were closed. It was either coming from the function below, or an adjoining room through the walls. Also, the Ryandale Inn could be in line for a Guinness world record for the noisiest floors in the world. Old wooden floors that make a ridiculously loud noise when walked upon.

My “go to” for trips to Northern Ireland.

Room was literally like new as I was in the annex at the end of the street. Room has everything you would need and was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was good in terms of choice, value and service.

Only slight downside was the noise from the road. Eggs Benedict at breakfast was more like a brioche bap with eggs & bacon?

Superb venue for dancing or pub nights out in an unusually vibrant well laid out and pretty village.

The night porter is the gem of this property! Absolute treasure of a gentleman, and the kindest doorman in Ireland! Their second gem is the incredible dance venue which needs to be visited to be believed. Fabulous looooong ballroom, wonderfully air-conditioned all night, good seating, and with two excellently serviced bars, with top class customer service orientated bar staff which is an absolute rarity in 2025. A full 5 stars for 'The Moy' experience has boosted my rating of the venue as a whole! The bedroom was fine, the bed was definitely the best sleep I've ever had in a strange bed! Be aware that breakfast is OVER at 10 am. The juice, cereal and cooked breakfast, including the Ulster specials - potato bread and soda farls were perfect selection for us. No one approached us on arrival to offer tea or toast or to say that THEY should serve us breakfast from the hot buffet cart, so we just filled our own plates and then asked for tea and toast from the plether of staff who were all busy setting tables. But if you didn't want the Ulster fry for breakfast there were no fruit bowls, cheeses, yogurts, or fancy breads laid out, and no obvious menu anywhere to choose alternatives from.

Bedroom was two floors up and no lift! Just need to be aware of this when booking and check where you're going to be sleeping in case of even minor mobility issues. There's also a couple of sets of steps up and down from reception areas that you have to use, so it's a lot of steps even for someone with knee issues like mine where I can dance all night without a problem but can't do stairs without pain and mobility consequences for days afterwards. The cord on the kettle in the bedroom is not long enough to reach the socket from the press it's sitting on, so we had to boil it on the floor, which is not ideal. There was no water or glasses left in the room, even a jug and glasses for tap water would be great. But overall as a dancer I'd go back 10 times over for the superb and unmatchable dance experience, and cope with the multitude of steps and stairs and other minor issues.

The food and service at the hotel was excellent.

I was in room 134 for my first night and their was problems flushing the toilet properly and the tap on the wash basin in the bathroom was very loose and i reported this matter to reception,my second night in room 125 was so much better,that was room was excellent.

Dead on, not amazing

The bed was super comfy. The room was clean. There were all the facilities you would require for a short one night stay.

The breakfast wasn't amazing. Yes it wasn't greasy, but there was no continental, no chilled or cold breakfast. No fruits or cereals - just fry items. At breakfast when asking the staff for tea/coffee, it felt like I was an inconvenience / a hassle.

The Ryandale Inn provides nice accommodation and good food.

Situate is a lovely country village. Good starting point for National Trust properties in the area and larger towns.

Thought the music in the nearby bar and in the dance hall was too loud. I am sure they could lower the sound levels and it would help their customers retain their hearing into older age!! The noise was on Saturday night when we stayed on Sunday it was very quiet. The noise did not prevent us sleeping but we are not light sleepers.

A pleasant stay

Rooms are large and comfortable, with good beds. Avoid the front facing rooms, however, as there is a lot of road noise. Side facing rooms are better but all rooms are upstairs and there are no lifts. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent
