Friendly staff.
Good atmosphere in the bar
Great menu
Bathrooms could do with a spruce up.
Shower head needs descaling.

Restaurant was incredible, staff were all lovely and really friendly. Beds were really comfy. Great location to the hospital for apts.
Room was very basic and a bit run down. The remote wasn’t working, had several buttons that wouldn’t work including the power button so had to get out of bed to turn it off. Also curtains were hanging off the rails and didn’t meet in the middle. Price was a bit expensive, considering it had a few things that could do with modernisation or repairs.

A great location. Close to the Mid Ulster Hospital which was the reason for our visit. The lobby and reception area were immaculate and the Christmas decor absolutely stunning.
Room facing the Main Street could hear traffic. This did not keep us awake.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing, the food was so delicious, and they had a really nice smoking area out the back. The other people there were very friendly.
Bed was a bit too firm for my liking and I paid for a room with a large double bed but ended up with a normal double and a single for some reason. And no air conditioning.

Breakfast was fine. But our room was looking out on to a hipped roof.
View from room was on to a pitch roof.

Contemporary hotel. Nicely furnished. Had my 83yo mother with me who found it difficult to use bath - so didn’t have one. Shower would have been good.
Not much

As the hotel room was so filthy I chose not to eat breakfast as I was concerned about the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel
The staff member on front desk - clearly didn’t want to be there, unhelpful. I could actually smell his breath while he was talking to me which was disgusting. The bedroom was thick with dust, stains all over the carpets and walls, dirt on the windowsill and bathroom just as run down and filthy looking.

Good selection at breakfast, although the fried food was slightly greasy and the pancakes overcooked (burnt in places). Although there was a private function on the bar late on the evening of our stay, we could not hear any noise from our room on the 1st floor. Bed was also very comfy which added to a great night's sleep.

Beds were so comfortable. Wonderful to have access to a bath. The location was great, so it was easy to get there from the bus station.
The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Anything we needed was sorted.
Even though it was beside the road it was quiet, this was also helped by a pair of earplugs.
The choice of breakfast was lovely too. Perfect poached eggs and wonderful omelette.
The restaurant was comfortable and cosy.
Full Irish breakfast was a bit disappointing, bacon seemed a bit undercooked. Everything else was tasty though.
Would have been nice to have access to ice or a drinking fountain as it was very warm and we were really thirsty.

Location
Run down hotel, hasn't seen a hoover in forever. Cobwebs everywhere, bathrooms dirty and grubby. Breakfast buffet is poor, had to ask for plates for toast, orange juice to be topped up in the jugs, Poor selection for breakfast, common areas so grubby.

It's central
Limited parking,No hot water in the room and no apology given i was told 'The boiler was tripped and no one staying in the hotel told us so we didn't know but it's on now if you want to use it'
I was checking out 😂
I skipped breakfast even though i'd paid after that and left won't be back.

Staff were very Friendly. Safe Carparking on site is a must for me. The Dinner I had was excellent, could not fault it in anyway. Towels and bed sheets were exceptionally clean and to a very high standard.
The Reception desk was unmanned for a lot of the time. The room was very tired and could do with a bit of attention, Flooring was ripped and the Bathroom was very basic.

Staff appeared to have no interest in getting breakfast or generally being helpful.
The room was clean however the towels had what looked like skid marks on them and make up - I rang down and got clean ones but given the cost of !£135 per night I would have expected much better customer attention, better breakfast and not to have to wait along with other customers for the restaurant to open in the morn for breakfast.

The room was huge, had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice served by lovely staff. The venue I attended was only up the road.
Nothing bad to say!

Heating in the room was little cool

Good food, place was clean
Poor service in the bar, granted it was busy, but could have done with more staff being on. No heat in the room on the second night, and no hot water on morning of departure. One member of staff implied similar had happened the previous week. Card machine wasn't charged up so had to wait for it to get some charge and power up so we could settle the bill when checking out. Some staff appeared to be either new or not experienced in hospitality work, they seemed very unsure about their role. Difficulty getting a table for food on second night, first person we asked more or less refused us a table. Got a table after asking another nember of staff. When asking about food choices we were asked 'what are you looking', rather than 'what would you like ' or 'what can I get for you'. No sign of a duty manager or supervisor.
