Staff and food were exceptional 😁. Max was just brilliant!

Rooms could do with a little paint and facelift. Apart from that everything was great 👍

Great location, big room & comfortable bed, clean & friendly staff.

We liked the location of the hotel, it was conveniently placed and as our party were hosting a wedding reception, it was convenient for attending. The check in process was smooth, allowing us to get into our rooms upon arrival. The room bookings I made were meant to be in the names of those staying, however one of the updates made had not pulled through. The clerk kindly helped us resolve this easily. We stayed for one night, and had three rooms. One large double, one double and one single. The large double was a little old fashioned but had everything we needed. The double room was very similar, and the single room. Breakfast being included was great for us, and the hot breakfast was okay! The parking was fine, though there were no disabled bays which was disappointing given I needed a disabled space. The parking was also very crowded, we were concerned about the space as it was shared with the hardware store next door.

The shower/bath combo in the large double was prone to flooding the bathroom due to the lack of a secure shower curtain. We found the double bed to be very high up, but for the most part, comfortable. The rooms temperature was the main issue as it was quite stuffy and hot, and we had no access to any cooling or a fan. The single bed was much too high up in the single room, and the most uncomfortable of the three with our guest only getting a couple of hours sleep unfortunately. The selection on the ‘continental’ breakfast was limited, and things ran out rather quickly. Having only 1.5 hours for breakfast was also very limiting for all of us.

Good location. Nice foyer and bar. Bed linen clean.

Overall, this has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences, and I would not recommend staying here. The hotel is dated..Room looked initially ok but it was grubby,, stains on furnishings and wood work. No view. Breakfast was very poor. Limited choices and when I ordered poached eggs and bread toast. I was told to make the make the toast myself. 2 Poached eggs came out with nothing else on the plate - not very appetising.
