Such a lovely warm welcome. Facilities were excellent quality. Room was clean and fresh. Amazing set up so close to all attractions. Ideal for families. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Location was great, maybe a bit too close to attractions, the noise at night coming from I guess Whetherspoons went on to the early hours.
Felt a bit of an inconvenience turning up to be honest. Sofa bed wasn't made up even though we'd booked for a family of 4. Bedsheets were stained and someone's dirty old plaster stuck to the sofa bed (was not comfortable at all).
Think the worst bit was the constant smell of smoke, especially via the bathroom window, someone must have been smoking right beneath it.
