Prices!! For the attractions pleasure beach was expensive for kids £20 to walk about a public place.

The owner’s friendliness, good location, perfect room and utensils, elegant and well decorated room that serves the purpose. The owner was very helpful and good hospitality. The location was good , close to the beach

Practical for a couple who do not have young children.

The location was extremely convenient, the property was clean and practical.

There was an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke in the communal hallways. The electric meter box location in the single bedroom was open and difficult to close - worrying when this was a room for my 4 and 2 year old. The mirror, again in the single bedroom, was hanging off the wall. Very unsafe for young children.

It was so homely and Denise just made it all the more special, the beds were comfortable and you had everything you needed in the kitchen area, shower and toilet both clean and in working order.

Lovely private apartment

Denise the owner was really welcoming & friendly. Everything was spotlessly clean & the free parking is an absolute bonus. Good location for the pleasure beach.

The apartment was really nice great for the money, alot better than having a hotel as we had everything we needed in our room especially because we had our 5 year old and 7 week old baby with us, our host Denise is a lovely woman nothing is to much trouble for her, the location was perfect for us close to everything we needed, we will definitely be booking here again for next year :)

Everything was excellent, lovely lady who owned the apartments, so kind, friendly and welcoming. Great, quiet location and the apartment was clean, cosy and well equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Welcoming host, excellent value for money.

Location was very good and the studio apartment was a good size. Host was really friendly and welcoming.

The parking situation can be a bit tricky if the street is busy, although we were given a parking permit and found a space right at the end of the street which we stayed in until check out.

First visit to Blackpool

The apartment was clean and perfect for our family of 4. The location was perfect as it was right next to facilities we had booked I.e:, pleasure beach. Denise the host was lovely and very welcoming. Despite being located by the main facilities noise was minimal. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book Berkswell apartments again when we next visit. Would highly recommend.

It was absolutely perfect from the start to the finish - The Host was Friendly and Helpful.

The location was perfect for the activities we has booked we could not of been any nearer and be in the thick of everything going on during our stay. The apartment where we stayed was lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed. The Host greeted us with the key on our first and was wonderful throughout are stay. Definitely book again.

Me and my family came to Blackpool and We had an excellent 3 night stay at the Berkswell holiday apartments, we came for my sons 1st birthday and we had a fantastic time. The location was great and the apartments was lovely, clean, tidy and smelt beautiful inside. The whole building inside and outside was lovely. The owner Denise is a lovely lady and did everything she could to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. We come to blackpool quiet regular and Denise is by far the best person we have chosen to rent an apartment from, and also the best place we have stayed in. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and I would definitely recommend the Berkswell holiday apartments a place to stay to anyone planning to visit Blackpool. Thank you again Denise and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Weekend stay

Denise was so friendly and inviting upon arrival, the apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for the weekend. Location is great for quietness away from all pubs etc and the beach. Will deffinaty be checking availability for our next visit.
