Wonderful stay in a beautiful place

idyllic hidden gem on a beautiful location

the property was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views. we couldn’t believe it when we arrived. we had never seen a house like it. Giuseppe is an incredible host who even offered to give us a lift into town when we were going for aperitivo. the breakfast was gorgeous and the room was incredibly comfortable and clean. I will come back to lake Iseo just to stay again at Giuseppe b&b

absolutely nothing bad to say about it. I know a lot of people rated the property down because there wasn’t WiFi in the rooms but, come on people! look out the window and embrace the view. there is also the public dining area and terrace which all have WiFi if you really need it.

Well the location is superb : above the hustle & bustle. Lovely views, comfy sleep, breakfast on the terrace.

As ever, a fridge, drink making facilities would be welcomed (as this price). A robe in the room : to head out across the corridor to the bathroom? Someone did comment earlier about how off the breakfast tray is… one of a cheese and ham toastie, egg, and yoghurt. What do you do! Lucky one of us didn’t like boiled eggs. And I simply had to explain and engage about the yoghurt! Another one was brought straight away! So be prepared to manage your breakfast! I was eaten alive on getting out of the car! We hadn’t even thought. There was a garden spray on (guessing it didn’t help!) Sprays & also a mozzie defence in your room! Help is at hand there : if you ask. But, once bitten! I’m covered in itchy bites!

Nice views, good location, but needs more finishing & comfort to match the price you pay

Good location - 20 min walk to Sarnico town. Small B&B place - 4 rooms only/ not crowded. Good views to the lake from the villa front yard. Quiet Aircon in the rooms.

No place to relax/be as a guest except your own room & two small tables outside - the villa has all the space & potential, but unfortunately not yet ready/not set up yet The English of the owner was very poor No proper garbage-can in the room or outside for the guests (only 1 tiny one in the toilet where you can only fit 0.5l used water bottle) Cleaning - rooms were cleaned daily, but garbage from the toilet was not picked up in one of our rooms. Breakfast - in general nice & enough food. I missed the variety (every day being served the same) + sharing 1 cold egg, 1 small yogurt, 1 toast bread for two people was a bit awkward… also timing was very late 9:00-10:00 & unusual for not B&B or hotels. Bathroom - we had shortage of towels & toilet paper. Standard setup in this place for 2 people is two hand towels (see foto) & one mid size towel. We made it work by sharing the mid size towel & using our own beach thin towel…. If we would not have had our own towel it would have been a problem. Overall in my view - it could be a very cozy place - for what it is now it is heavily overpriced (we paid same price for a new chalet in Switzerland in Zermatt, so I naturally expected equal or more comfort for the same in Sarnico area…). Would not come back just yet.

Small B&B with only 4 rooms in a beautiful Tuscan look a like Villa , all individually designed in modern/classic style. Perfect view from all rooms on lake Iseo. Friendly and helpfull owner of the B&B (Giuseppe) serves every morning a delicious breakfast on one of the terasses.

The lake view, the peaceful area, the decoration of the room. Giuseppe is very responsive. The AC in our room did not work upon arrival and he immediately helped us to switch room, which was even an upgrade. Thank you again, Giuseppe!
