Wonderful stay with stunning Lake Iseo views 10/10 – Exceptional We had a wonderful stay at Giuseppe’s property. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with incredible views over Lake Iseo. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. What made the stay even more special was learning a little about the history of the property. It was built by Giuseppe’s grandfather and has been in his family since 1970. You can tell that Giuseppe takes great pride in the property and in welcoming his guests. One of the highlights was breakfast. Giuseppe prepares a fantastic breakfast, and enjoying it outside on the terrace overlooking the lake was the perfect way to start the day. Giuseppe is a wonderful host—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations for places to visit around the lake. Several reviews mention the steep hill leading up to the property. We had just finished walking the Tour du Mont Blanc, so after that, the hill didn't seem too bad! And once you're there, the peaceful setting and beautiful views make it well worth it. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Beautiful property, stunning views, great breakfast, and a genuinely wonderful host. A very special place to stay while exploring Lake Iseo.

Guiseppe is a wonderful host. Superb breakfast. We had a private suite with our own enormous, beautiful and peaceful terrace. We managed to understand each other most of the time and with the assistance of google translate, which was fine. We would stay again

Being British, no kettle to make our own tea. Not a problem for us particularly, but it is quite a steep slope to both drive and walk up to the property.

It's nice as there are only 3 - 4 rooms, so it's quiet most of the time. Very nicely located, and an amazing host Giuseppe. The breakfast outside each morning is stunning with the views. It is a great location to start your Lago d'Iseo experience!

It's located uphill and challenging to walk the hill, and to park with a slightly larger car. No TV however it was actually nice after getting used to it.
