Fabulous breakfast in a well located hotel.

We used the hotel as accommodation while we walked La Via Delle Sorelle. It was right on the waterfront promenade. The breakfast options were amazing.

Our room was basic with an outlook over some old rooftops. There was a kitchen vent not far from our window so we kept it closed. The hotel is tired-looking on the outside and there is a lot of construction around it. The fantastic breakfast made up for the negatives.

7am works at the front of hotel blue truck with equipment was making noises before 7am,for 1 h throwing heavy metals at the back of the truck.

Lovely place to spend a few days, great value, friendly.

This is a lovely hotel perfectly located for exploring the area. It has views over the lake and our room had a small balcony to relax. Lovely staff. Rooms clean and comfortable with a small fridge to keep drinks cold.

Tea/coffee making facility in the room would have been a welcome addition, but you're never far from a coffee bar in Italy.

Lots of construction work in the area, therefore no parking possibilities. Old outdated hotel.

I'd definitely stay there again (in the corner room with the balcony and views).

Check-in friendly, quick and organised. We were given the room with a balcony and great views as requested. Very comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Breakfast was ample and fresh, and a great coffee machine. Well situated to walk to restaurants and along the lake. Free parking was available off-site.

Had issues trying to connect to my iPhone from our room, but my husband had no issues with his Samsung.

The staff were extremely nice and professional. The location was great to travel by car to Iseo and Brescia. There are enough restaurants nearby . There is a great parking spot nearby where you don't have to pay between 6pm and 9pm which was a bonus.

Great Christmas visit, comfortable hotel and very friendly staff.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Even before my arrival they provided help with traveling to the hotel. The location is central with easy access to shops. It was Christmas time, so there was a nice ice skating ring in front of the hotel!

Noisy, hot rooms... Quite a horrible experience

Very close to the lake.

Couldn't sleep until 1am due to the traffic. We had a 1st floor room and since there was no AC in the room (they said it was because it was October already but it was still 30 degrees outside), we had to sleep with the window open. For me a terrible experience. Would not come back to this hotel. Stay away.

The location was close to lots of bars and restaurants, it was easy to find and had lake view rooms plus the staff were friendly and helpful

There wasn't a mini fridge in the room and the rooms were quite dark - only one small light and the wardrobe was put in front of the bathroom light so only had the light above the mirror

great location for an overnight; just be aware it’s noisy

good location, breakfast included; staff very pleasant

lift got stuck and we had to wait in the extreme heat to have the doors opened. rooms are small, we had two standard doubles; one had a fridge the other didn’t. it’s also noisy- rooms were located above the street were there was a busy restaurant and someone on same floor had a dog locked in their bedroom which barked for hours.

It seems like the room was not properly cleaned. We found bugs in our bed, cigarette butts (full ashtray) on the terrace, and I noticed spider webs at the corners of the bedroom.
