Sole della Franciacorta - Hotel & Restaurant

The hotel and restaurant were clean and we received attentive service. Check in and check out were easy. We asked for an additional night for one room only and that we wanted to pay ahead of time and it was done with one click and a smile. It is situated next to the bus stop to go to Sarnico or Brescia. We walked through the older part of town to the winery Ricci Cabastro and enjoyed the wine tasting and cellar and museum tour. There were plenty of coffee shops and good restaurants nearby. But the hotel restaurant served really great food with good service and lots of good options. Next time we stay we will have a car to explore the Franciacorta region.

First of all very attentive staff. We ate the dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Don't look any where else. Also breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Over all 10/10

I picked this hotel because of location on my drive to Trento, its just 10mins drive from the main Milan motorway, and another 10mins drive up to Lake Iseo. The hotel is well maintained and new condition, good parking outside and an underground parking too, a restaurant which looked good, and good pizzeria too, breakfast on the terrace was perfect Italian style. Receptionist with the short blonde hair was really nice and very friendly, thanks! I would stay again here next time I am in that area.

1. Air conditionting in one of the rooms did not work before i went to reception and complaint - they turned it on through the PC. Receptionist did it quick and friendly but i would prefer that Air conditioning should be on by defaul when it is 38 degrees outside. 2. poor choise for breakfast (one type ham, one type cheese, one type bread). Coffee and croissant were good though. 3. i had an impression that i booked non-smoking hotel , but a lot of people smoked during the breakfast (breakfast was served outside) without carying about a lot of children around. 4. district is very uncomfortable - me and mom went 2 meters from hotel door to breath, the same minute car driving by started to signal and passengers yelled "hello" to us. Besides, hotel is located right on the road and there is no place to walk around in the evening (and feel safe at the same time). Or generally not the one if you like to walk around the hotel to explore 5. they clearly lacking personnel - felt like some poor fellows work in all possible positions in there 6. i booked really in advance and wanted that 2 rooms i booked were together - they were really far from each other (different floors) and it created a lot of unnecessary complications. 7. while living on the second floor we had to go 2 floors down and than 2 floors up to go to breakfast, lift is not everywhere - was annoying with 2 year old. 8. was unlucky with other guests in restaurant. even though the food and presonnel were good, other guests (from different tables) behaved so loud (really loud even for Italy) that we could not talk, I got headache and had to leave.

Super friendly and helpful staff, great location just outside the busy lake. Great breakfast!

The breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable and clean.

Our room faced the busy roundabout and it was noisy even with windows closed and aircon on.

I like the breakfast included, the service was very good and I love the had the registration until late.

I didn't love the size of the room, because in the pictures I saw the one from an area that I later understood it was a VIP area, which I didn't expect and I didn't even have the elevator available to take my suitcases.
