It was all good - room on 2nd floor with heavy case but we were aware of that ; it’s an old station building so expected .

Perfect for is

We loved the location and being in Paratico. There are a few old railway buildings which remain here, given a new lease of life. The renovation of this one has been well thought out and works perfectly. We enjoyed visiting a neighbouring cafe for a welcoming breakfast - the system of tokens works well. Also a supermarket close by up a small hill was very handy.

Such a good choice to visit this place

What a wonderful surprise this accommodation turned out to be. A super smart concept—very cozy and spotlessly clean. The restaurant was unbeatable. As guests staying in the room, we even received 10% off our bill. On top of that, we're absolutely certain that in all ten days of our holiday in Lombardy, we didn’t find better pizza or red wine anywhere else. Breakfast was included and served in several charming local restaurants nearby, which truly felt like the cherry on top of the cake for this trip :) Thank you!

The place looks great with very comfortable rooms. there is a restaurant downstairs that looks cute and with good food. The nice plus is that you get some tokens to go for a small breakfast in near by places and there is free parking right next to the accommodations.

Nice building and good sized, clean room. Just a few minutes walk to the lake and restaurants. Also a supermarket about 100m away. Good parking options. Check-in worked great via whatsapp with the host Emilio, who was nice and helpful.

Dishonest management ruins everything

The place was technically not bad, but basic management decisions made for terrible experience

- I filtered for parking and there was no parking. We parked in a shopping mall with all the anxiety of the sort. - They said restaurant would be open until 22, we arrived and they had two events and weren't able to cater for us. In the end they gave us one of the meals they were preparing for the event. It was a good meal, but still. - Now for the worst part: the whole hotel, except for our room was rented to a group of teenagers, who obviously behaved as if they were the only guests of the hotel. We did not sleep almost at all. We stayed there with the specific purpose of sleeping mid-drive, wake up early and carry on to our destination. Without sleeping overnight we could have saved us 100 euro and get exactly the same outcome. Minus the screaming and the headaches. Place is good but the management was clearly dishonest with us.

lovely stay in a lovely location. 10/10 recommend this property

the room itself was very clean, the wifi was great and the air conditioning was a life saver in the hot weather. the room had a mini fridge and was very spacious. check in was easy. the bistro was a lovely location for evening drinks and nibbles. the location was perfect to explore the local area - walking distance from the town itself. very comfortable bed, large tv and spacious bathroom. we will be booking to stay again soon.

Very good

The self check-in system allows flexibility for the travel itinerary. The building was a historic train deposit station, interestingly transformed to b&b. The room was really spacious and clean. Parking available at the nearby shopping centre, recommend travel light or unload from car the basic necessities. We also enjoyed the dinner at their bistrot, the waitress was super friendly, the risotto and the Franciacorta sparkling wine are all delicious. After dinner, a nice evening walk around Paratico and Sarnico (connected by the bridge) along the river.

It was a very warm day when we checked in and the air condition was too complicated to adjust( or just wouldn’t work?). A table fan was provided though. We kept the window opened during the night, the noises outside the building could be heard and there were mosquitos despite the mosquito net. For light sleeper it could be a problem.
