Lovely stay in a very welcoming B&B

Very friendly And helpful people running this B&B. They made us feel very welcome and did a delicious breakfast each morning. The pool was an added bonus as even in mid October it was warm here. Our friends room had a small Sitting room and balcony which I would recommend.

Really lovely b&b with great hosts and facilities

A really great and quiet property. Easy to get to in a car, and with it only having 4 rooms it felt like we had the place to ourselves a lot of the time. The bed was HUGE and comfy, the shower was massive and easy to use, and the hosts were very attentive, especially at breakfast (the home made cakes were delicious!). The pool area also looked amazing and very well kept - sadly the weather being between 16° and 21° in October made it too cold to go in and enjoy.

The room was a little limited on natural light with it not having a window other than in the front door, which we had to have covered for privacy. And trying to get a taxi or uber anywhere around there was impossible or very expensive, so it was lucky we had a hire car as a back up (but that's more due to the area being a bit further out from the centre of Brescia)

Fantastic accommodation and brilliant service in the middle of the vineyards

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this bed and breakfast. Jonathan and Anna, the hosts, are the types of people who really make a place come alive. The property is in tip-top shape and looks like a beautiful green oasis. We were so lucky to rent the suite with a balcony, where we enjoyed wonderful hours looking out at the fantastic flora. The charming little village is right next door, and there are some wonderful hiking trails that you can enjoy. You're also going to love relaxing by the huge, well-maintained pool. Jonathan's breakfasts are a treat for the senses — they're freshly prepared with love and care, and they really hit the spot! It was such a wonderful time, and we can't thank our hosts enough for their incredible hospitality!

La Dolce Vita in the heart of Franciacorta

The location is great and the atmosphere is very pleasant and chic. It’s really a beautiful property and Romano, the manager, is really a nice person and he was very helpful, providing exceptional customer service. The view of the suite was delightful and everything was very comfortable and clean. It really translates the Italian way of life. We will definitely come back!

Great Host Romano took good care, nice place, very clean, cozy atmosfere and well maintained, all by Romano. Good breakfast, always on time, always warm and always according long wish list ;) Sorry for so much trouble in our long list, Romano ;) Lovely BB, congrats for Owner for creating and operating such place! Think Romano is BB Superman as He manage and keep up everything by himself of season.

Had some issue probably with communication on line booking - Owner/Host - but Romano took care instantly and we had great stay. We will try to come back next time we are around :)

Bucolic B&B in the heart of Franciacorta

Ca' Minore B&B is the perfect place to relax and disconnect from everything, in the middle of Franciacorta vineyards and just a few kilometers from beautiful Lake Iseo. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is served by the pool when the weather is good. The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful. We absolutely loved it!

Stunning pool area, attentive staff and delicious breakfasts. Suite room was very comfortable with a delightful balcony seating area. Bikes on hand to rent to cycle round the vineyards.

Not so easy to find out about the local area. Location is not walking distance to a cafe, bar, restaurant. It was also not clear what rooms you were booking and one room suffers from privacy issues and therefore no window. This is not stressed on the particulars. The suite is however really lovely.

Facilities are good but never going back

The room was clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. The staff was really attentive and kind.

The property owner told me that the price I paid on Bookings was wrong because Bookings made a mistake. Bookings don’t set the price. They are supposed to set the price. Last day of my stay, the owner made me call Bookings to get their payment and figure out the price difference. I’ve traveled all over the world, and this has never happened to me before. The whole ordeal was unpleasant. The owner also said something unkind about her staff because they are from the Philippines. Also, the pool area wasn’t well cared for and the water was too cold and a bit dirty.

Recommended B&B, just be nice when writing a review.

The B&B is beautiful, clean and well located. During summer the pool is of course very welcome!

The staff is friendly, as long as you give them an excellent review. We returned to the B&B one week later and were asked during breakfast with other guests around why we didn't give the staff a 10/10 (we gave a 7.5). It was not a friendly approach such as: "What can we do better?" but more an attacking comment: "Why didn't you give a 10? Look, other people gave us a 10!" Upon our first departure we were coerced into receiving a discount if we paid in cash and booked directly. Most likely due to our honest review we didn't receive such discount. To top it off we were handed our parting bill in the parking lot, while loading up our car. So to sum it up, we gave staff a 7.5 but after this disappointing issue a 2.5 is more appropriate.

the staff was very friendly, helpful and competent. every special wish have been fulfilled. the breakfast was very rich, fresh fruit and wonderful croissants. the room was excellent clean, everything was working very well. big compliment to the 2 Phillipine people! even the breakfast was announced to 8.30 o'clock, the staff was serving coffee already at 7.15!! great!!

We didn't like the plastic layer under the bed sheet. Soap was missing in the bathroom, but there was enough liquid shampoo to compensate that. the shower was good.

Wer ein paar Tage dem hektischen Alltag entfliehen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich liebevoll, gepflegt und schön gestaltet. Durch die Parkplätze im Innenhof steht das Auto sicher und schattig. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das Frühstück am Pool und die hervorragende Gastfreundschaft von Jonathan und Anna. Beide sind außerordentlich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Außerdem freut es uns sehr, dass Hunde hier herzlich willkommen sind. Viele Grüße von Charly 😊

Mooie B&B. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Plek is prachtig. Mooi zwembad. Lekker ontbijt. Vooral de zelfgemaakte taarten waren heerlijk. Fijne grote handdoeken. Extra kussen op de kamer. Groot bed.

Ik vind het zelf altijd fijn om onder meer dan alleen een laken te slapen. Ik kon helaas geen dekbed of deken vinden op de kamer. Zonder de airco aan te zetten werd het snel warm op de kamer.

Kurztrip in die Francicorta

Als Ausgangspunkt für Routen in die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad richtig gut Schönes B&B mit super Betreuung durch Jonathan und Anna. Die beiden sind wirklich nett und kümmern sich sehr um ihre Gäste Der Gebäude komplex liegt ruhig zwischen Weinbergen ein Stückchen außerhalb von Passirano. Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss und typisch für die Region eingerichtet. Ablagefläche ist für ein paar Tage genug da, ein kleiner Kühlschrank auch. Im Aussenbereich ein Pool im Garten ganz ruhig und Sonnig Zum Abendessen muss man in die umliegenden Orte, was aber dem Wohlgefühlfaktor keinen Abbruch tut

Gastvriendelijk comfortabel verblijf met uitstekende service

De gastvriendelijkheid was geweldig! We werden super goed onthaald, ook onze Duitse dog. Het is niet eenvoudig om onze hond mee te kunnen nemen omdat ze op veel plaatsen niet welkom is door haar grootte maar hier werd ze hartelijk onthaald net zoals ons! De kamer was heel comfortabel met een goed bed en goede airco. Het ontbijt was super!

Ambiente curato in ogni particolare e ti senti a casa ❤️. Il personale è davvero eccezionale. Il b&b si trova a 10min di macchina dal lago e quindi è possibile visitare tanti paesi.La camera è spaziosa e pulita. Lo consiglio perché Jhonatan e Anna ti accolgono in famiglia.

Anna und John sind die direkten Ansprechpartner und machen es sehr persönlich, mit Herz und Professionalität. Wir haben schon wieder gebucht. Hier kann man sich erholen von und die Gegend ist wunderschön mit dem Iseosee mit seinen kleinen Orten.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit tollen Menschen die ihn erholsam machen!!

Sehr bequeme Betten, das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Man bekommt eine WhatsApp Nummer, dort kann man sich jederzeit melden, wenn etwas ist. Der Pool ist jederzeit verfügbar und sauber! Das Frühstück frisch und ausreichend, Wünsche werden extra erfüllt. Parkplätze direkt erreichbar und sicher durch einen abgeschlossenen Bereich!

Die Mücken! Dazu muss man sich disziplinieren, Mückenschutz mitzunehmen!

Una struttura accogliente nella Franciacorta e a quattro passi dal lago di Iseo. La camera assegnataci era molto pulita, curata e confortevole. Anche lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe des Iseosees

Das Frühstück war sehr gut (verschiedenes Gebäck, Prosciutto, Salami, Schinken, Käse, Honig, Marmelade, Obst, Joghurt, Müsli, Rührei, Schinken und Speck...) Der Garten und der Pool waren sehr schön und erholsam nach den Ausflügen. Obwohl nur ein Doppelzimmer gebucht war, bekamen wir eine Suite mit zwei Zimmern und großem Balkon. Für das Auto gab es überdachte Parkplätze in einem abgesperrten Innenhof, wo wir auch die Räder sicher abstellen konnten. Die Betreuung durch Jonathan und seine Frau Anna war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es gab keine Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung, sodass wir zum Abendessen immer mit dem Auto gefahren sind. An Radwegen in der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es nur den Paratico-Brescia-Radweg, sonst muss man auf der Straße fahren. Es gibt allerdings einige Routen für Mountainbikes. Rund um den Iseosee gibt es in den Ortschaften Radwege neben der Straße, außerhalb den Ortschaften fährt man dann wieder auf der vielbefahrenen Straße.
