Cosy and comfortable

The room was spacious and each floor has its own shared bathroom. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The window curtains are sheer so they don't keep out and light. Sunrise was 4-5 and the room was as bright as day! Really hard to sleep in after a late night out. Might be an option to have a darker curtain for summer months.

A simple stay in family-run B&B in a beautiful location, made perfect by impeccable service and assistance.

Perfectly located, the family who run it were so incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. Balcony had an amazing view of Lake Iseo, and the staff helped us direct our day trip to Monte Isola. They also helped us find a taxi to our next place, and when the taxi cancelled they drove us themselves. I could not recommend this place more for a stay on Lake Iseo. All the necessary utilities were there, air con in the room etc. They even allowed us to use their washing machine.

A great little bnb, nice and close to the center of town! Fabio and Mara were super friendly and helpful, and made sure my stay was great. So generous with the breakfast and snacks too :)

Great location right near the lake. Fabio was super friendly and helpful plus the accommodation was great. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a simple and affordable place to stay within walking distance of the lake, restaurants and bars.

There is free parking a little up the road but it is a short walk away.

Znakomite miejsce na beztroski wypoczynek!

Bardzo czysto. Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna gospodyni. Pokoje jasne. Dostęp do dużego balkonu i aneksu kuchennego. Położenie przy mało ruchliwej ulicy. Blisko do jeziora, supermarketów, przystanków autobusowych, kościoła. Uczciwa cena.
