Pleasant and quiet

Hotel mostly for older crowd because of the proximity to the thermal waters. You can walk to the city center.

Discovering Bergamo

Room was spacious and confortable. It was very quiet and good for relaxing ans resting. it is located 5 minutes by foot from town center and restaurants. It is 15 minutes from Bergamo and 30 to Iseo lake. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Quality of the facilities. Room reeked of smoke, showers broken, curtains falling. We have stayed here before, but this is the worst experience. Facility have definitely gone downhill.

Breakfast eggs were cold, sausages were terrible, coffee not so great. Bed was not really comfortable, no AC. Location soso. If you have pet you have to pay 10€ per day, but they do not clean nor change the sheets daily.

No A/C in most rooms, poor breakfast, awful bar.

Honestly nothing... i would steer clear

Rooms did not have A/C (only a select few have)... but they don't let you know until you're at check-in whether you will be given a room with A/C or not. Impossible to sleep due to heat. Poor breakfast (cheap, pre-packaged), rude staff. We wanted a drink and the bar had no ice yet they served some other customers with "medical" ice which is not edible... as soon as the clients realised the were shocked and handed them back.

Not a place to stay.

The night receptionist was good. Everything after was not.

The rooms are not nice. Very warm - NO AC. definitely not a place to book in summer. The fans are a bit noisy, not to our liking. Most of us hardly slept and we had 4 rooms with 8 guests. The breakfast was awful - with most of the stuff finished about 45 minutes before the end. There was only one waitress and one coffee machine. Long queues after we managed to get a coffee but the food was finished.

Everything. The staff were exceptional, particularly Sig. Francesco in Reception & Gabriella in the breakfast room. The room was fine & the temperature perfect. Our nicest stay (of 6 different hotels in the area.)

Relax holiday with friends

The breakfast was good, and all the staff was very helpful especially the receptionist and the administration were very helpful and speak good English. Moreover the hotel is situated in quiet area surrounded with green area.

In our rooms there wasn't Ac and in particular room the bathroom shower tray wasn't covered doors or a curtain

Great one night stay

We needed only a one night stay from the airport, and for that this hotel was perfect, very close to Milan Bergamo airport, the reception is open 0-24 and the bed is very comfy. We had everything we needed.
