Nice place but a bit greedy management

The place is nice, new building and the garden is beautiful. The apartment was lovely but I would not recommend it for 3 guests, 2 guests max. Comfy bed, nice layout, good location.

They charge you for every little extra which was very annoying. You want to park inside - 50 euros. You want to a late checkout - 30 euro. This is not so nice and welcoming and feels a bit greedy. We were 3 people and they gave us only 1 key for the gate and room, it was really uncomfortable to manage. Communication with the hotel manager was not so easy. Late replies and hard to get them on the phone sometimes. She was a really nice person but not so responsive.

la posizione, il giardino, la struttura

la camera, avevo solo uno divano letto, luci scarse, impossibili gestire la luce dal letto, bagno molto spartano, luce sopra lo specchio insufficiente, solo un gancio per la spugna, manca un ripianino in doccia, verrebbe apprezzato uno specchio in camera o in zona armadi, La struttura è nuova e talmente bella ! che questa descrizione , Non sono reclami!!! sono dei consigli ai gestori della struttura, per migliorare questi piccoli dettagli e così far sentire meglio ai clienti.

Een prachtig gerenoveerde complex met mooie appartementen. Helemaal mijn stijl. Alles zag er netjes en strak uit. Ik zou er zo weer een keer verblijven.

De regendouche had niet een hele krachtige straal. Daarnaast sliep de slaapbank niet heel erg lekker en een van de bedden wiebelde te veel.

מיקום טוב קרוב לברשיה , דירה מרווחת ונקיה, יש חניון תת קרקעי שזה יתרון עצום, יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש בתשלום נוסף של 5 יורו לכל הפעלה, מארחת זמינה ומגיבה מהר.

חלונות זה דלתות עד הרצפה ובגלל שזה יוצא לגינה אי אפשר לפתוח את החלון מבלי שיכנסו נמלים, חרקים או מעופפים אחרים. בגלל זה לא פתחנו בכלל חלון ואי אפשר היה לאוורר, חסרים מתקני נוחות בסיסיים כגון וו תליה נוסף בחדר אמבטיה, מראת גוף, שידה או מדפים, יש המון מקום בדירה אבל אין בה מספיק מקום לשים דברים, הכל נשאר במזוודות , בסך הכל יש פוטנציאל אבל חייבים להשקיע עוד בעיקר בהדברת הנמלים ורשתות לחלונות.

Bonito y tranquilo

El apartamento está recién reformado y tiene todo el mobiliario y decoración muy bonito. El garaje privado en la planta sótano está muy bien. En nuestro caso llegamos en el vuelo por la noche y las indicaciones para poder acceder en horario tardío fue excelente. Buena comunicación y disponibilidad por parte de la anfitriona. Fue un detalle disponer tanto de café como monodosis de aceite, sal, vinagre, utensilios y jabón para fregar, etc.. muy bien equipado.

El apartamento no dispone de lavadora, pero hay un servicio de lavandería de pago en la planta del sótano. Nuestro apartamento estaba en planta baja y tuvimos alguna hormiga como algún otro insecto.

Super- jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni - gorąco polecam na dłuższy i krótszy pobyt.

Świetny, przestronny i bardzo wygodny apartament, w którym każdy podczas prawie dwutygodniowego pobytu mógł znaleźć kąt dla siebie, ale było też dużo przestrzeni do wspólnego spędzenia czasu przez 5 dużych osób. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na wypady i zwiedzanie okolicznych miejsc interesujących turystycznie - Verona, Wenecja, Mediolan, Bergamo, Como i Garda, a przy okazji blisku do pięknego jeziora Iseo, które szczerze polecam, wraz ze wszystkimi lokalnymi atrakcjami. Jedynym minusem była słabo wyposażona kuchnia i brak zmywarki, co przy dłuższym pobycie było zauważalne.

Super wakacje, udały się też dzięki temu, że wybraliśmy ten obiekt jako naszą bazę wypadową do zwiedzania i odpoczynku

Super obsługa, Pani Elwira była bardzo pomocna. Zdjęcia zgodne z rzeczywistością. Super dziedziniec gdzie wieczorami można siedzieć i słuchać cykad. Bardzo istotne - garaż podziemny - był w cenie rezerwacji. Po prostu super. Wspaniała baza wypadowa do zwiedzania bliższej i dalszej okolicy. Wakacje były bardzo udane.

C’est propre, il y a une terrasse partagée sympa et un parking sous terrain pratique et secure !

Le fait d’avoir réservé par booking au dernier moment juste avant 20h mais on ne nous prévient pas que le staff termine à 20h… donc nous avons du appeler en arrivant à 20h05 et attendre près d’une demi heure qu’une personne (adorable) revienne nous ouvrir…

La struttura è nuova e molto bella, in ottima posizione e Alessia è stata super gentile e disponibile.

Siamo entrati e l'ambiente era freddo. Una volta accesi i climatizzatori poi si è scaldato abbastanza rapidamente, ma come si spegnevano tempo 5 minuti e c'era freddo. Inoltre difficilmente arrivavamo ad una temperatura confortevole. In bagno non c'è riscaldamento. Non c'è un appendiabiti per i cappotti, non c'è un porta asciugamani al bidet. C'è il bollitore ma non una bustina di tè o tisane. Non c'è una sedia o una poltrona in camera dove poter appoggiare i vestiti. Bello l'appartamento, ma carente di dettagli
