The were very clean and the bathrooms renovated and very clean with good air conditioning units.
The downstairs rooms are not as nice as the upstairs ones. They are small and with very basic furniture. I was somehow disappointed in the rooms downstairs. However, the rooms upstairs were much bigger, nicer and with proper furniture.
Lidia, the host who served us the breakfast was very kind, attentive and friendly. Thank you Lidia!
I didn't like the downstairs bedrooms. They were very basic and quite small, but still very clean.

Ideal location as it was close to family
Limited English speakers but understand why, allowed us to attempt to speak more Italian.

The rooms where adjacent to a cute little courtyard with the restaurant right there
The food didn’t blow us away at the restaurant, neither dinner nor breakfast and the rooms are rather on the smaller side

Breakfast, position, parking, bathroom renovated
Room Nr 6 is not suitable for convenient accommodation, it is less than 20m2 standard double room ordered and paid, it is about 13m2. Location on the ground floor close to restaurant not convenient, very noisy in the evening during restaurant open hours. Rooms on the second floor are much better.
