The photo advertising Hotel Ulivi could have been taken from our room. We had a lovely view across the grounds, pool, and on to the lake and mountains. We liked the hotel’s location. It was easy to walk along the lake, walk to restaurants, and to Sarnico, an adjacent town, as well as access the road networks to travel around the area. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had pleasant interactions with hotel staff. There is underground parking if traveling by car, with direct access to the hotel. It was still too chilly to access the pool, but it looked inviting.

"My recent stay at the Hotel Ulivi in Paratico was absolutely phenomenal. If you are looking to explore Lake Iseo and the heart of the Franciacorta wine region, this is the perfect home base.
The first thing that strikes you is the incredible hospitality. The staff are exceptionally warm and helpful, going out of their way to provide local tips . My room was spotless, modern, and spacious

Hotel is conveniently located for visiting Paratico and Sarnico, which we did in the evenings we stayed there.
The atmosphere is relaxed with being friendly and helpful.
The pool was a welcome treat during our stay as the temperature was in the mid 30s. Always options of sunbeds to use, whatever time of day you went down.
Continental breakfast was good.
