- Parkplatz für Motorräder hat sich noch immer nicht bei den Mitbewohnern im Innenhof herumgesprochen (erneut üble Ansage einer älteren Nachbarin) - Klimaanlage ist fest auf niedrig eingestellt und lässt sich nicht regeln: schafft es nicht, die Wärme über Nacht zu beseitigen
