Lovely hotel with an excellent breakfast

Lovely smart hotel with a huge room, massive bathroom and lovely breakfast. Just away from Largo d"Iseo but about 50% of the price of a hotel with a view of the lake. Also choose lake Iseo over Garda in July as the latter is just too busy to be fun.

Just so you know reception closes at 20:00 but there is night access once you have a key. Also many (but not all) restaurants nearby are closed on Mondays.

Short drive away from San Giovanni Delle Formiche. Hotel attendant Patricia is simply amazing!

The Bathroom was modern and the room was spacious. Our room also came with a balcony with spectacular mountain views. Our hotel host, Patricia (Paty) gave us exceptional service and she made our stay 10x better with her recommendations and willingness to help/guide us.

Clean, happy place to stay.... and very comfortable.

The breakfast was complete... and the breakfast room and all facilities were spotlessly clean.... Great location for access to the sarnico area !! The car parking area was open and easy to access !

There was ZERO that I did not like.

A nice and small hotel not far from lake Iseo

The staff was nice. The room looked new and clean. Very welcoming for dogs.

There is NO air conditioning although it says it does.

Camera impeccabile. Colazione ottima. Ma soprattutto la cortesia, la professionalità, la disponibilità e la simpatia della signora Patrizia. Ogni volta che avremo bisogno di un punto di appoggio nella zona, sapremo dove andare.

Beaucoup de qualités pour ce petit hôtel digne d’un grand

Cet hôtel est très agréable, simple, mais avec tout le confort, extrêmement propre autant la chambre que les couloirs, escaliers…..tout est nickel …. et très silencieux..,..il ne manque rien au petit déjeuner. Le personnel est très gentil et très accueillant….

Le seul bémol est sa fermeture à 20h30 qui est problématique pour le 1 er jour si arrivée tardive

Lieu près d’une sortie d'autoroute, dans une banlieue calme. Facile d'accès. Hôtesse très sympathique, aux petits soins. Possibilité garage. Équipements récents, au top!

Ottimo e consigliato. Piccolo hotel, pulito, ottimamente tenuto, buona colazione, personale molto cordiale, parcheggio esterno gratuito.

La dimensione della camera singola era piuttosto ridotta, la valigia in una posizione scomoda e la TV troppo alta.
