Beautiful atmospheric luxury accommodation.

Beautiful period house set in tranquil gardens with a lovely atmosphere and kind and friendly hosts who went out of their way to be helpful. Beautiful dining room and a very good selection for breakfast. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious and everything was spotlessly clean.

Beautiful traditional Italian hospitality

A stunning place to stay. This property is beautiful, set in their own olive grove, behind electric gates, the driveway sets the tone, so pretty. Plenty of free parking. The house itself is exquisite, with traditional Italian decor, wide hallways, I think maybe 5 rooms and a lovely dining area for breakfast. There’s a sun-trap courtyard with loungers, deck chairs and jacuzzi. The housekeeper is a true delight. She prepares a delicious breakfast with fresh ingredients Inc. bruschetta, pastries, fruits, toasted sandwiches etc. Approx. 10 mins walk to the lake. Good communications with the owners. Incredibly clean. Would highly recommend a stay.

We booked the standard bedroom and it was a little small, however as you had access to the house it helped with the feel of space. Seating in the hallways and terrace etc.

Well cared of, but sleepless in Sarnico

The breakfast was freshly prepared. A lot to choose from. The housekeeper is very friendly, even if you don’t speak Italian. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is always fresh fruit, water, coffee and tea at your disposal. Lots of parking space in the private garden of the property.

The bed and mattress are wobbly. If your partner moves just a little bit, you are shaken around on the other side of the bed. Impossible to sleep. The street running in front of the house is very busy - even at night. Thank god, the windows keep some of the noise out.

Location is excellent for walking to town and the lakeside. A really nice touch was the availability of fresh fruit all the time, as well as biscuits. Air conditioning worked well and bed very comfortable. Great to have a washing machine and drying area available.

A bit of shade in the parking would be nice as summer sun here is very hot.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und liebevoll zubereitet. Das Bett war richtig bequem. Am Abend haben wir den Whirlpool genossen.

Un endroit exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un séjour un peu "hors du temps" dans cette belle démeure. La gentillesse et humanité d'Enrico est remarquable . Le personnel est très gentil et professionnel. Notre chambre était très spacieuse et comfortable, et heureusement climatisée. En plus la climatisation ne faisait pas de bruit.

Einfach so richtig zum Wohlfühlen und zum Genießen!

Das kleine Anwesen in historischem Stil ist wirklich sehr liebevoll und sehr stimmig eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Enrico und Lorena sind äußerst herzliche Gastgeber, stets um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht und kommen wirklich jedem Wunsch sofort nach. Das Frühstück, das von Lorena und Giovanna jeden Tag gezaubert wurde, war sensationell und mit ganz viel Liebe zubereitet. Das Gebäude liegt in einem kleinen, sehr gepflegten Park. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 10 min im Zentrum von Sarnico mit vielen Bars, Pizzerien und Eisdielen. Liebe Lorena, lieber Enrico, liebe Giovanna, wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder zu euch kommen!
