Amazing days!

Everything was perfect! The views of the house to have breakfast in the morning is absolutely amazing! Bedroom equipped with small kitchen in case you need it and washing machine as well, so that’s is good in case you need it too. Grazie Mille Luca :)

We had a very pleasant two night stop.

Our host was attentive and informative, with a good restaurant recommendation. The view from the room was very good. the breakfast was very good as were the kitchen facilities just outside our room. my wife particularly liked the decor and furniture,

The location was a bit far out of the old town and it was very hilly it took 25 min to walk.

A perfect holiday on the shores of Lago d'Iseo

It was simply perfect. :) The host, Luca, is extremely friendly, kind and helpful. The accommodation is fantastic: both the room and the common areas are nicely furnished, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is nice and large. Our personal favorite was the huge terrace offering a stunning view of Sarnico with the Lago d'Iseo in the background. Even lying in bed we could watch the sunrise through the huge windows. The Italian style breakfast was plentiful, the cappuccino was particularly delicious. The Sarnico/Paratico lakeside is about a 25-30 minute walk from the accommodation. It is best to arrive by car, but the accommodation is easily accessible by public transport from Bergamo during the day, the bus stop is a few minutes walk away. The accommodation is a good base for exploring Bergamo, Brescia, Lago d'Iseo or even Lago di Garda, especially if you arrive by car. Monte Isola and some of the surrounding towns can be accessed by boat from Sarnico, while the nearby towns (e.g. Iseo) and Bergamo can be reached by bus.

Some places just have owners who steal the show :) I travel a lot and belive me - in this case its not about perfection or imperfection of particular elements. Whatever you feel that you need, like, dislike, would change - just talk to Luka who is here for you and you probably got it. Without that 'plastical' quazi friendly smile we all see a lot during travels, sleeping over at B'n'B's. Just positively and openly like you were visiting your old pal. But if the revies requires that - let's do it: bed - super comfortable, room - good size, bathroom - very clean, breakfast - sweet option very good but we normally do not eat breakfasts so its your call. Parking and other facilites - top, all here, smartly planned and designed. Do not think twice before booking your stay!

I loved that place!!

In a residential area about 5 min with motorbike from Sarnico with all the resturants. Great place,so charming! Got everything you need,and more. Right behind my room there was a common area with washing machine, microwave ,a capsule coffe machine (0,5eur),a dining table. Fridge with cold water bottles,a sink if you need and the room filled with cool interesting items!! Host is a great,great guy!! Served nice breakfast on my private terrace with morning sun and a view! I absolutly loved that place!

Location excellent to visit the surrounding area of Lake Iseo. Luca is an excellent host and very helpful.

The garden is a tad sparse but this is really nit picking. We are very keen gardener's so maybe are harsh judges.

A fantastic place to stay

We loved the fantastic view from the room and breakfast on the patio. The host was super kind and gave us a lot uf great advice for eating out and for sightseeing in the area. We really recomend staying at B&B La Fenice sul Lago and are looking foreward to stay there again someday!

A room with the most romantic amazing view from the terrace!

The VIEW!!! We walked into our room, onto the terrace, and then saw the most magnificent view of the lake in the valley below! Really really worth it, especially if you are a couple. The host is SO friendly and accomodating, we received breakfast in our room, on a trolley in the morning. The room is clean and spacious and pretty too.

Great location with an excellent host

The B&B is located on the hills of Sarnico, the two only rooms have a magnificent view over the city and the lake, great to have breakfast or relax with the view. Next to its good location, room is spacious and comfortable. The host, Luca, is a great guy, very friendly and helpful, providing lots of useful information on to do’s or restaurants when asked for. We stayed 3 nights which is perfect to see the region around the lake and island.

No negative things to say, only thing I could suggest is to put something like a local specialty in the breakfast or to have some variation when guests stay multiple days..
