Das Essen, die nette Begrüßung von Walli und die Sauna mit dem unglaublichen Bergpanorama waren einfach spitze! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

2 separate Anfragen im Vorfeld per Anruf wurden jeweils relativ unfreundlich abgetan. Daraufhin waren wir kurz davor, unsere Buchung zu canceln. Am Ende waren wir froh, es nicht getan zu haben. Es war wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt mit ausgezeichneter Küche und auch das Wohnzimmer ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Traumhafte Lage im Kaisertal, Terrassen rund um das Haus, einladende, gemütliche und bestens ausgestattete Wirtsstuben und Aufenthaltsbereich für die Hausgäste, Zimmer ansprechend , bequeme Betten, Ausstattung variiert nach gebuchter Kategorie…sehr nette Gastgeber, unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out, fantastische Zirbenholzsauna mit Blick auf die Berge, sehr gutes und qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstücksbüffet

Wir waren nur für 1 Nacht Anfang September dort, an diesem Tag hatte die Gastro leider geschlossen (Nebensaison), gibt allerdings einen weitereren Gasthof gleich oberhalb wo man Essen gehen konnte - eine große Auswahl an gekühlten Getränken und ein paar Snacks sind für Hausgäste allerdings im Aufenthaltsbereich zu haben, war sehr gut !

Amazing location, well worth the 45-60 minute hike uphill from the car park. A lot more healthy and vegetarian/vegan options than most gasthofs. Sauna with an amazing view.

The '30 minute walk from car park' advertised is an absolute minimum for superfit people who must be almost jogging. For most people, its 45 minutes to an hour, and being honest about this would have prevented disappointed customers and negative reviews.

Der var for meget bureaukrati i forbindelse med indtjekning, under opholdet og specielt ved afrejsen . Ved afrejsen kunne jeg ikke få udleveret en regning på papir eller på mail umiddelbart efter betaling, så jeg kunne gennemgå den i fred og ro. Jeg fik først regningen dagen efter, og det først efter flere rykkere.

Auf Schusters Rappen ins Kaisertal

Sehr schön gelegenes Berghotel in wunderbar ruhiger Lage im Kaisertal ohne Autozugang. Wir haben es für eine Transitnacht mit Hund gebucht und waren über die Wanderung zur Hütte nach der langen Autofahrt sehr glücklich. Lediglich etwas überraschte uns der starke Anstieg und die straffe Zeitangabe in den anderen Rezensionen. Wir haben ca. 45 Minuten gebraucht. Aber das lag sicher an uns, da wir aus dem Flachland kommen und Googlemaps keine Steigungen anzeigt. Im Hellen ankommen ist ratsam. Als kleines Schmankerl obendrauf: Die Blick aus der Sauna ist einmalig :-)

Das lohnt sich - wirklich!

Das ist fast schon eine Wellness Oase in den Bergen! Das Team hat ein sehr gutes Gespür, was Gäste gerade brauchen, der Hof ist modern und mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und das Essen ein Fest! Und um dem ganzen noch das Sahnehäubchen aufzusetzen, ist das große Wohnzimmer perfekt, um die Aussicht auf den gepolsterten Fensterbänken zu genießen, auf einer Couch zu lesen oder ein Spiel zu spielen. Ich empfehle den Hof auch jederzeit aktiv meinen Freunden

Leuk hotel in het Kaisertal in typische oostenrijkse sfeer. Comfortabele kamers met gedeelde badkamer en wc. Heerlijke sauna met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Goed ontbijt.

Szuper választékú reggeli és bőséges (3 fogásos), ízleetes, de nem túlgondolt vacsora.Szoba, ágy, közös terek kényelmesek, ízléses, hangulatos kialakítással. Gyönyörű, autentikus környezet. A személyzet rendkívül kedves, természetes és segítőkész volt. A közösségi terek remekül felszereltek, stílusosan, rengeteg játékkal kicsiknek és nagyoknak egyaránt. Előzetes regisztrációval szupergyors be- és kicsekkolás.

Én a 9 órás utazást követően kicsit nehezményeztem a fáradtságos felújítást a házhoz (végig hegymenet, közel 300 erdei lépcsőfokkal indul, több mint .1 óra volt nekünk). Erről mondjuk nem a szálláshely tehet:)Gyakorlott túrázóknak talán meg se kottyan. De szívbetegeknek, nyűgös kisgyerekeknek nem ajánlanám:)

Prima lokatie voor wandelaars

Wij gingen in februari: helaas was de sneeuw net gesmolten maar binnen was het overal heerlijk warm. Half-pension met uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en prima diner met keuze uit vlees of vegetarisch.

Niet zozeer de accommodatie maar de wandeling heuvel-op erheen. Goed voor de conditie maar reken heen op 45-60 minuten (met rugzak). Terug redt je het in 30 minuten 🚶🏼‍♂️.

Top verblijf in natuurlijke omgeving

Ligging. Vriendelijk personeel. Voldoende ruimtes om ook bij slecht weer te verblijven. Ontbijt en avondeten. De wandeling vanaf parkeerplaats is overigens prima te doen.

Klein puntje: vanaf de middag was er liftmuziek te horen in het pension. Wat mij betreft niet nodig, bij deze accommodatie past geen achtergrondmuzak.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem gemütlichen und doch modernen Hof bei traumhafter Umgebung

Was hat Ihnen gefallen? Einfach so gut wie alles! Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und erhielten direkt eine kleine Rundführung (ich kenne aus anderen Unterkünften nur Schlüsselübergabe und eine höfliche Wegbeschreibung zum Zimmer). Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet mit ausreichend Platz für unseren Hund. Und der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft. Das Frühstück (und auch alle anderen Mahlzeiten) war lecker mit guter Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter hatten zu jeder Zeit ein offenes Ohr und schnelle Hilfe für Sonderwünsche. Am Abend lud die Lounge zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Wir haben spontan eine Nacht verlängert, weil es so schön war. Vielen Dank!

Die Anreise war für uns der einzige Wehmutstropfen. Wir haben vom Parkplatz bis zur Unterkunft fast eine Stunde benötigt, was uns beim spontanen Buchen nicht bewusst war. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir den Gepäckservice empfehlen. Aber die Lage entschädigt dafür alle mal!

Das Panorama war atemberaubend, der Service sehr aufmerksam und fürsorglich. Das Hotelzimmer war gemütlich und typisch der Alm eingerichtet. Das Essen hervorragend im Geschmack und sehr zu empfehlen auch wenn man nur wandert und kurz einkehrt.

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub zwischen Berg und Tal

Gepflegt, freundlich, schön gelegen im Kaisertal, Kufstein gut zu Fuß erreichbar, nachhaltig, viele vegetarische Optionen, geräumige Aufenthaltsräume für Schlechtwettertage, angenehm für alleinreisende Frauen. (Sauna und Yoga waren für mich nicht notwendige Add-ons).

Beautifully located in a nature reserve in the alps. The hike to the hotel is worth it, but it is challenging (the steps during the first leg are the worst part). Definitely pay for luggage service. Our room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Food was tasty! The honesty bar is handy.

Some of the staff seemed to be very inexperienced and were overwhelmed at lunch and dinner service. Some of the staff seemed annoyed. There were tears when we asked the third time about our drinks that we ordered through their app with our dinner. The dinner arrived immediately but drinks were served 10 minutes after we had finished food🫢There was a bad vibe between some of the staff, and seemed to be a lot of miscommunication. We stayed four nights and the room was not cleaned once, not even to stock up on toilet paper, fresh towels or anything to that effect. The breakfast is 18 Euro per person per day and NOT included in the overnight price. The breakfast is quite sparse, with only cuts,bread and yoghurt. Supposed to have waffles and sweet cakes on offer, but never did during the days we stayed there. Such a shame the service brought down our experience of an otherwise beautiful hotel.

What a fantastic place! Totally recommend :)

Beautiful place, delicious food, fantastic friendly service! The sauna is an additional highlight making the place even more awesome. We loved it, and our one year old kid too!! Our stay was perfect, thank you so much :) We will be happy to come again and recommend it (it was also a recommendation from friends).

It was all great. If anything could be better, is that mountain shoes were allowed all over, which leaves some “mud crumbs”. Usually you wouldn’t even notice, but with a small kid that loves playing around in the ground, we thought it could be nice to make the part after the restaurant a “shoe-free zone”.

The location of the property, being only accessibly by foot, and the landscape surrounding it, was a dream! The breakfast was good, and overall food quality as well. The cows and chickens in the backyard were a nice sight!

The smartphone ordering, check in and check out process needs a new system- lots of errors, confusion etc. Plus, do are folks who come to such a remote getaway really the right audience to be using such a system for?

Place to disconnect and recharge

This was our second time at Berg’k’hof hotel and we loved it just as much! The hike up (1h) is tough, but it’s worth it for sure. We loved the relaxation / games room, the staff is very friendly and attentive and the sauna with an incredible view tops it all off.

Bringing back the hot tub is about the only thing that would make this hotel even better.
