A lovely stay at a wonderful property in a charming town!

The owner was terrific. Very knowledgeable of the area and helpful with places and restaurants to visit. The room was bright and beautiful and very accommodating. The location is great! Walking distance to town, restaurants, shopes and more. Kufstein is a wonderful and charming town. We enjoyed ourselves more than we imagined. We will absolutely stay at this property when we visit again. We couldn't have been happier!

Great for a short stay in Kufstein!

Excellent location! Very nice bathroom with shower. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The terrace is situated next to a babbling brook facing the ‘Festung’ The view is great!

View from the balcony is fantastic. Host Michael was very kind, gave us some tips what to do, Kufstein cards he gives was very usefull. Visited fortress and Kaiserlift just for 1e. It was small kitchen space in the room, so you are able to prepare somehing, Apartment is suitable for living a couple days( we stay only one night)

Wonderful apartment with fabulous breakfast

Great location with fab view of the castle and gentle stream passing by. Very close to town centre and railway station and also close to the hiking routes up the Kaisergebirge. Very comfortable, especially the bed, and the kitchen is sufficiently equipped to make yourself dinner. The breakfasts are superb! So much choice and great quality. Our hosts were lovely and very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

a small appartmenthouse with everything you need. amasing bathroom, Nice kitchen, comfy bed. its near everything, the citycenter, the mountain and trails and the Kaiserberglift. youcan reach everything by foot. the best part is the view from the appartment, where you Can see the castle and the terrasse where you Can drink your coffee to the Sound of the brook running underneeth the House. we would like to stay here again.

The reception when we arrived was very kind and pleasant. The place is lovely. A tiny stream flows under the terrace and from it you can see Kupstein's fortress. The property owner offered us information on where to walk that evening. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. room service. Bring shampoo!

wonderful stay, but too short

spacious room, lush breakfast, close to the city centre but far enough to be in a quiet part, a free parkingspot, friendly owner. we were only here for one night, but if you stay longer, try to get a room with a view of the city (when it’s available)

I definitely liked the big bathroom and the creek flowing under the apartment and cropping out a few meters away. What a genius architerture! There was plenty of space in the bedroom/livingroom although the kitchen could have been a little bit bigger.

No nightstand on one part, although a cavity in the wall made possible to keep a glass of water for your needs.

Great breakfast, served with care and attention to aesthetic beauty. Owner and room service lady was such a nice people. Location is next to the lovely center of Kufstein with charming streets especially during evening. Kitchen is fully equipped with nice coffee making machine and everything is super clean. Kufsteinerland card is great bargain, especially for cable ride up to the mountains which would otherwise cost quite more.

I would prefer evening lamp in the room with much warmer light.

Wonderful apartment to stay for any reason in Kufstein with large comfy bed, big TV, fridge, lounge

This place was absolutely wonderful and suited our needs perfectly. A very large very comfortable bed, nice lounge to watch the big screen TV. (We saw Ash Barty win the French Open). And a mini kitchen with every thing you need to cook a light meal, and a Fridge. It was only about 400 metres from the main shops to buy food etc. Mike was a delight to deal with and went to a lot of trouble to find out the state of the hiking track to Riedenberg. Breakfast was enough for 6 people. What more can I say. We would very highly recommend.

Appartemt süß, Verkehr zum Skigebiet leider frustrierend...

Super lieber Vermieter/Eigentümer - waren greifbar und sehr hilfsbereit

Logistik des Verkehrs --> für den Weg vom Skigebiet zur Unterkunft (ca. 15km) haben wir täglich über 1 Stunde (1× sogar 1,5 Stunden) zurück gebraucht, da der Verkehr so "geleitet" wurde, dass nur Anwohner von Kufstein durch Kufstein fahren durften. Die restlichen Autos wurden von 2 Polizisten am "Kufsteiner Kreisverkehr" auf die Autobahn geleitet, wodurch sich alles zurück gestaut hat Dafür kann dieser Anbieter nicht, aber ihm fällt es leider auf die Füße, dass die Mieter frustriert sind...
