The best staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful. We were upgraded when an issue with first room. Free passes provided for the castle. Helped us get a taxi. Even gave us cookies and candy! Very comfortable bed, large room with a desk.

The internet was a bit slow if you need to work. No air conditioning can be an issue on a humid day - but the front desk lent us their fan - amazingly generous. 🙂

It exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

On some days, it was extremely hot and I couldn't get the air conditioning to work properly.

Pleasant

Was happy to find free parking 15 meters from the hotel entrance - I got lucky and it was a weekend which means free parking there anyway. The second receptionist went out of her way to give the second, wrongly charged amount back asap.

First and foremost that I was charged the full amount upfront by Booking.com and at the reception I was told I still had to be charged the same amount already paid at the hotel... I took me several explanations and quite some time to get my money back. Besides this, the clogged sink, no soap, smell of smoke in a non-smoking room, very badly looking bathroom, only one key for a room with four guests. Lastly, there's a city card available at the hotel for free which allows e.g. free access to the forth - a great value. On arrival the receptionist didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted it. The next morning though another receptionist did.

Great option for a a one night stay on the way from Germany to the Alps

Having booked this as transit hotel on our way from Munich to the Alps, coming by car, we were a bit worried about availability of parking, but were in luck. Hotel has a few parking spots right by the entrance, and the hotel employee was super nice in showing us a spot. We also liked that they called us worried where we were (running late in traffic). The check-in was easy. Unusually large standard room. Excellent breakfast. We also liked the city center location. In the morning we enjoyed shopping the town shops and visited the castle. Discovered a nice town which we would have otherwise not known about.

The decor is a bit dated, but that didn't bother us on our short stay.

Amazing staff, delicious breakfast, great location and exceptional benefits

The staff were absolutely incredible. Laura went out of her way to help us find the correct busses and taxis to Soll, the manager of the restaurant was so attentive and kind, always with a smile on his face and asking how our breakfast was. The breakfast was ample and so delicious, a huge variety. The rooms were turned down nicely and the location of the hotel is perfect. We even got Kufstein passes from the hotel which gave us free public transport to Soll and free entrance into sight seeing in the areas. Getting to the ski slopes in Soll was very easy, with the bus stop around the corner. Cant recommend it enough!

Excellent location in city center. Room was very specious and clean. Reception person was very kind. Great value for money. Rather cheap comparing to other hotels in Kufstein, but still very comfortable & clean.

Breakfast was a bit simple and several missing things at around 09h00 While breakfast was until 09h30.

Great location, lovely staff, comfortable rooms. Can only recommend the location. Amazing view from the windows as well.
