The location was perfect! Staff amazing and accommodating. Water pressure and hot water were very good. The Kufstein land passes were a nice bonus. Thank you for letting us store our luggage for a day as well.
Lots of uneven steps made it difficult for luggage but understand the older building. Only other suggestions are hand soap and tissues.

Traditional and beautiful hotel from 1880, very close to the station and to the city center. Top rooms are little apartments with kitchen and living room. Great value for money.
I remember 2 years ago we had the option of indoor parking. This time we parked at the entrance and this is very convenient but the car is frozen in the morning.

Really nice rooms, the hotel is older but not at all run down. Parking was also very good and so were the food options the recommended.
Not a fault of the hotel but the whole town closes up shop at 6PM. If you need supplies, you need to plan ahead. Of course, restaurants and bars are still open.

The location is great just opposite the train station, the family room is great as there are two bedroom in the family room. The breakfast is great also. This is beautiful city and it is walking distance from hotel to the city central. Overall, I love this hotel very much.
