recommended for anyone staying in Kufstein, or exploring the near Kaiser mountainous

location is less than 5 min walk from the train station, in a quiet but central location the room was bigger than I excepted we had to check in very late and they left easy to follow instructions so we could get in without the desk manager breakfast was varied and tasty.

Great hotel, terrible pillows

Location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Fridge in the room was very noisy. Bed pillows were the usual, too square and much too soft - it's a European thing and not unique to this hotel.

very very friendly stuff, very modern and nice building. Location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the local train stations with connections in just a bit over 3 hours to Vienna.

I could store my bike in the ski room. Be sure to take the left elevator, that one is bigger and will fit your bike. The hotel is located in the city center. Several restaurants shops and a supermarket are in walking distance. The castle and river are just around the corner. Very nice for a quick walk

reception was closed on arrival, the bar was shut. this was a week night at 6pm. yes a local holiday, but a hotel should still be open for business with full capabilities.

Prima ontbijt, fijne sauna, vriendelijk personeel op een goede centrale locatie.

Ik kon mijn voertuig niet bij de accommodatie parkeren. De gym mag je geen gym noemen, terwijl die indruk wel wordt gegeven. De kamers waren bloedheet en de airco kon niet koelen.

Ottimo hotel, camera e bagno ampi, colazione ottima, sia dolce che salata. Posizione comoda per il centro, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Da consigliare.

Nulla, l'unico inconveniente la sala colazione ,se tutti gli ospiti decidono di far colazione nello stesso orario, come e' successo a noi, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 10 minuti per riuscire a sederci.

Unterkunft super. Personal könnte zuvorkommender und freundlicher sein

Zimmergröße, Ausstattung und Lage

Empfang, nicht auf Sauna, vergünstigtes Parken hingewiesen. Unfreundlich, Buchung gesucht, trotz Reservierungsunterlagen alphabetisch neben sich, nicht darin gesucht sondern nur am PC und erst nach mehrfacher Nennung des Namens und Buchungsnummer es gefunden um dann die Unterlagen aus dem alphabetischen Ordner zu nehmen. Kein Lächeln, miesgrämig geschaut beim einchecken, kein schöner Empfang Teetasse für Kaffee genommen, unfreundlich angesprochen worden, die richtige Tasse zu nehmen.

Frühstückspersonal (11.12.) "unter'm Hund" = vielfälltiges Angebot, jedoch völlig lieblos in der Umsetzung (Gebäck trocken bzw. hart), keinerlei guten Morgen von niemanden, Tische nicht abgeräumt... Bon für Glühwein/Punsch = Punsch gibt es überhaupt nicht, der letzte Glühwein war hervorragend, jedoch nur für eine Person... Zimmerreinigung = hudriwudri... Grundsätzlich lässige Location, wahrscheinlich mangelnde Oberaufsicht...

Lage Personal freundlich Betten bequem Frühstück ok

Tresor geschlossen von Vorgänger, trotz Info an Rezeption passierte nichts. Toilettenabluft defekt. In der Weinbar gab es nur Toast zum Essen. Bei den Zimmerpreisen erwarte ich besseren Service.
